The team at Wembley Uncle was absolutely amazing. Everyone is super kind, friendly and they truly try to make your life easier. I’ve spent an amazing 2 years in my flat! Special thanks to Nicole who was an absolute star ⭐️
The new gym is honestly great, just wished people were a bit bore well behaved.

Not physically moved in yet so can’t comment on that, but the whole viewing and application process with Liv and the team couldn’t have gone more smoothly!! From our initial viewing less than one week ago at Leeds UNCLE Whitehall block B, to finishing all reference checks and paying the deposit. We could have moved in today if we wanted to which means all in all, it took only 6 days from viewing to receiving the keys!!
The apartment itself looks great and all the shared spaces and amenities look even better!! We viewed a few of these built for renters apartment blocks in and around Leeds and although this one is the most expensive, we feel that it is worth it because it is simply the best!

Mark has been the most helpful person in uncle southall he has gone above and beyond my expectations to solve all my problems .

He is head of maintenance dept.but looks after all the maintenance not only that he even helps with other things.

Highly recommended him for anyone who is struggling here or need guidance when you move in.

Just to say a very special thank you to one of the service team staff called Ben. Who does his upmost to support the residents at Uncle. Have called on him several times whilst super busy he was always makes time to sort fix and support us with anything from maintenance to urgent enquires in the apartment or building, what an absolute legend!! Thanks Ben

Uncle is lovely. The building puts on events every month and management are quick to respond to any issues although they aren’t always able to resolve them despite (flat did not come with the furniture we were told it would have and they were unwilling to resolve this as they didn’t have the space to store the furniture the flat currently had). The management team are however very good at keeping everyone updated when there’s any maintenance happening.

Paul the concierge is great and has consistently been incredibly helpful. He is what makes the building worth living in.

It's really great experience staying in Uncle. I have been here for the past 4 years - the staff is extremely helpful (specially Farid, Paul and Gabriel) and house is spacious

Nightmare new leaks and construction in flats every week absolute cancer to ur system and peace.

Johnny Snell is really great, every time he sorts the issue out thoroughly and keeps in contact to make sure the issue doesn’t happen again. Absolutely asset to anyone who he helps out.

Johnny Snell was assigned to come fix my door which wasn’t closing properly. He was incredibly amenable, fixing the problem very quickly. Would strongly recommend he is added as a full time member of the maintenance team.

I informed the office about the door and lightbulb problems, and Johnny Snell was assigned to come to my apartment for the repairs, he is very polite and fixed all the issues in a time manner

I would like to call out specifically the stellar services and support provided to me by Ms Rimsha Shabbir who has been helping me with preparation processes, checks and documentation prior to my move in date. On moving date, I arrived late since I had to relocate from Manchester with a van full of all my belongings. Rimsha supported me throughout the journey responding to and supporting with my queries promptly via email and calls. Most importantly, she stayed on overtime at work for an hour just to pass me the keys to my rental flat, so that I wouldn’t be stranded.

Highly commend the excellent service and support of the staff I've met so far!

I’ve been living in the Elephant & Castle area for two years, but just moved into this place recently. Still getting used to it, though. A few days ago, my package got delivered to the wrong floor, I thought it would be a very troublesome matter, but who would have thought that Farid gave me a lot of help. He was very patient and helped me search in every corner and floor until the package was found. I highly recommend Farid and Paul. They are both very approachable and greet and smile at the neighbors every day. I recommend this apartment.

If you're looking to rent, look no further than Uncle Acton! Makes renting a dream, everything is so straight forward & having a team in-house to help with any queries is just so fab. I love having a parcel safe place next to the concierge so that you never miss a package, which is SO handy.

There's an in house gym!! Unreal!! The co-working space is so incredible to have, especially as someone who works from home.

And last but by no means least, the team at Uncle Acton make the whole environment feel like home, Dan, Dilip & Savannah are my daily dose of community & cheerfulness :)

The apartment is amazing for its value, the staff are super helpful and welcoming, had absolutely no issues whatsoever and all the questions were solved quickly!

I have been living at UNCLE for almost two years now. I moved in after I needed to find a place within a few weeks and had no idea what to expect, but it has more than exceeded my expectations.

UNCLE Stockwell is in a great location not far from the station, walking distance from Clapham, Brixton and the Power Station. The gym and common areas are great and there are several social events every year to get to know other residents. I have made genuine friends since living here.

Most of all the staff and everyone working here is so helpful and kind - it truly makes a difference being able to stop off for a quick chat on my way somewhere or as I get home from work. Would highly recommend UNCLE to anyone looking for a place in London!

As I am getting ready for my Uncle.Leads experience I have been touched by the level of warmth, competency and patience by all team members involved.. The reception team is always super inviting but the Lettings Tm is on another level.. their patience with me was beyond extraordinary.. I also just love the place.. I'm hoping.to be very happy there 🤞
