Payment process and order
I was checking out, and ready to do the payment but somehow my card was not working out, and it did not cancel or lead me to do another payment method but it said on my email that the order has been received. Actually the order was not received cause I wrote an email thinking to change to cash, they wrote me on my phone to ask what the problem was and were asking for the proof of payment to process the order.
Also previous times, when I did purchase I had to write them in instagram to let them know i did an order cause they did not process it.

Fake Products and Poor Customer Service
Title: UNI Cosmetics Review: Fake Products and Poor Customer Service
My experience with UNI Cosmetics was extremely disappointing. The products they sell are clearly counterfeit, filled in identical bottles, making it impossible to distinguish between them. Moreover, they deceive customers by falsely claiming a 5% discount, providing the same code which doesn't work in their system.
On top of that, their customer service is horrendous and highly unprofessional. Communication with them is frustrating and often downright rude. They show no care for their customers and are unwilling to address any issues or concerns regarding their fake products.
In summary, UNI Cosmetics is a brand not worth considering. My personal experience with them was so negative that I would never recommend their products even to my worst enemies. They need to take responsibility for their deceptive practices and immediately improve both the quality of their products and customer service if they wish to survive in today's competitive market.

Biseda e vetme që ne e kemi pasur me ju ka qenë kur ju e keni bërë një porosi në web faqën tonë dhe nga porosia juaj ne nuk kemi pasur sasi vetem të një produkti dhe për këtë Departamenti për kujdesin e klientëve ju ka kontaktuar juve duke ju njoftuar për mungesën e atij produkti dhe për të e procesuar porosinë edhe pa atë produkt ju keni qenë dakord. Ju asnjëherë nuk jeni drejtuar tek ne për shqetësime të tilla të lartcekura sepse gjithsesi që Departamenti për kujdesin e klientëve do të ju njoftonte juve për ‘Politikën e Rimbursimit’ të cilën e aplikon kompania jonë, po ashtu këtë politikë ju e gjeni edhe në web faqën tonë ku ju njoftoheni në detaje se si mund të i riktheni produktet tona.

Sinqërsisht po na vjen shumë keq për situatën, po shpresojmë që do të ju mirëpresim në porosinë e radhës dhe po ju sigurojmë që asnjëherë nuk do të ju ndodhin shqetësime të tilla në qoftë së ju e kontaktoni Departamentin për kujdesin e klientëve të cilët do të ju ndihmojnë në çdo situate të krijuar.

Keshilltari/ja e klienteve ka qene shume i/e mire dhe i/e sakte ne pergjigjet per porosine (L).
Porosia ka marre pak kohe deri sa ka arrit per arsye te festave te fundevitit, mirepo nuk ishte urgjente dhe porosia ishte ne rregull kur e pranova.
Gjithashtu me gezoj shume dhurata e Vauqerit qe Uni ja kishte bashkangjitur porosise sime, dhe mezi pres te beje porosine e rradhes.
