Amazing service
Amazing service. First time purchase of 2 model kits, prices were excellent compared to other retailers offering gunpla in the UK, the experience could not have been better. Fast dispatch and arrived quickly, packed well and all items arrived safely. Will be shopping with them again.

Great Place to get Gunpla
Order was dispatched on the same day and the comms were good too.

I’ve ordered a few times with Union Gundam and have had no issues whatsoever with them. All products were packaged extremely well and with care, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Gundam model kits
Excellent service. Great to be able to get Bandai kits from a UK company as they are difficult to get direct from Japan these days. Purchases arrived within a couple of days. Recommended.

Didnt get any order updates or notifications to say if it was dispatched or not. tried reaching out to the company 3 times with no response. I recieved my parts finally but not happy with the teams 0 responses! took 7 days

Honestly if you love gunpla aka gundam model kits and you live in the UK this is the place for you, i cannot recommend these guys enough they are beyond amazing at what they do.
