I won the Ebay auction for a pressure washer and they sent me a lesser, cheaper model
And then the trouble and hassle started
I was told they will NOT send me the correct model and i would have to try and win another of their Ebay auctions to get the pressure washer i had already won.
I was shocked they would say that to me and treat a customer in such a uncaring manner, considering they had sent me the cheaper model in error (error so they claim umm) Also, now they do NOT have any auctions on their Ebay store they ONLY have all 'buy now' items listed, so how could i possibly win another auction anyway.
I sent the incorrect pressure washer back to them, and i am now having to fight just to get refunded for the item they sent me in error.
All they had to do after they got the incorrect pressure washer back, was to send me the correct pressure washer that i won and PAID for, BUT they said NO they will not and never do that even when they send you the wrong item. DISCUSTING way to treat customers
Please do NOT trust them or think customer care has any meaning to them at all

I received my pressure washer on time it was brilliant but then the pressure hose popped with a small hole I contacted them and within minutes they replied saying they would send out a new 1 that was Friday 6th of August 21 it came today Monday the 9th, brilliant communication super product will definitely use them again and I haven't received £5 for this review it is an honest review.

Disappointed with my Bohmer generator. Had broken 240v outlet. Sent back last week but still awaiting my refund and am also o o pocket having bought oil and fuel totalling 26.00.

Recently ordered a petrol jet washer and cleaning products, both via Amazon, excellent service along with speedy shipping, highly recomend this company

Customer service non existent!

Pressure washer broke within the 2 years warranty. Emailed to ask how I can get the product fixed. No reply. Called a week later for them to tell me 'the email I sent it to was wrong' yet its the email clearly displayed on the 'contact us' section. Then was told they couldn't deal with anything over the phone and proceeding to give me an alternative email address.

Struggling to see why that's not displayed on their website. Only reason I can see is they don't want to make it easy for you to get in touch if there is any issues with your order.

I then proceeded with my enquiry giving all details and invoice numbers, only to receive a reply asking for my name and address details, which I had already supplied, again just trying to bide time and deter you from perusing.

Once I confirmed these details again I received an email giving instructions about how to fix my pressure washer which were for a petrol machine. If they'd bothered to check the invoice details they had been so eager to request they'd have seen it was an electric machine!

The saga continues but i have a sinking feeling which is leading my to the thought that legal action will be the only way to get this resolved.

Excellent communication. Made an error in payment method, readily refunded my money so that I could buy it with my preferred method. The pressure washer had a few accessories that were defective and the new working items were quickly posted to me.

Ordered the TX750i at the start of March under the impression I had between a 2 - 4 week wait which I was happy with. 6 weeks later, when I chased this up I was told it was being shipped out. 2 weeks later, still nothing. When I spoke with a sales rep/customer advisor, again, there is a few weeks wait. Emailed them on Tuesday and received a reply saying they had them in stock and would send out immediately. If I hadn't of chased this up, 100% I would still be waiting. Poor customer service

Do not buy from these people, worst theives out there. The fact that they pay for good reviews is a red flag! Purchased a generator which arrived damaged - clearly not transit damage - and caused damage to my van and other property. Lied to consistently by customer services and manager, 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund and expect to be out of pocket until Citizen's Advice and my solicitor are finished dealing with them. Anyone else experiencing issues please contact Citizens Advice to assist with trading standards case building.

Je suis très satisfait de cette entreprise, j'ai commandé un treuil en 24v je me suis aperçu que j'avais commandé le mauvais treuil c'était en 12v que je voulais,j'ai pris contact avec l'entreprise qui ont accepté de faire l'échange sans aucun problème, je suis resté en contact plusieurs fois et j'ai toujours eu une réponse positive le jour même où le lendemain avec beaucoup de professionnalisme de sérieux et courtoisie sans me demander de payer un supplément,j'ai même eu un cadeau. J'ai reçu le treuil en 12v d'excellentes qualité. Je recommande cette entreprise pour son efficacité et son professionnalisme. Je vous remercie pour toutes l'aide que vous m'avez apporté Mr Pare

I purchased it last may during lockdown, worked well for a while then the real broke then started to lose pressure, when I contacted union mart they told me the pump is gone so I bought another one and it still does not work, and now union mart won't deal with me .

I've recently purchased a petrol tx750i ,which I'm very pleased with, great value for money , powerful little machine very mobile cant ask for anymore easy to put together only took me 30 mins no leaks from hoses overall great jet wash.

Great customer service, great product ( petrol pressure washer TX750), even arrived quicker than expected . Brill all round

Purchased a pressure washer 5th of April on backorder, item supposed to be back in stock on 17th of May, comes 17th of May checking on their website - item not in stock, all the fun begins, long story short, called there customer support numerous times, been told different lies every single time I called them, starting with - item arrived today will be shipping tomorrow you’ll receive it within few days, item will be back in stock in 2 weeks and will be shipped to me, item not in stock , order canceled and will refund me, no refund call again, different rep this time but the same story, will refund me , nearly 4 months later, neither pressure washer, neither money! P.S Union Mart , don't ask me to contact you, I’ve contacted you plenty of times - no more!

Just purchased a Wilks 550i pressure washer great piece of kit solidly built its certainly very powerful best i have ever used i certainly highly recommend it best money ive spent in ages.
