Ich bin mit dem Telefon und dem Angebot des Unternehmens sehr zufrieden. Ich wollte ein gutes Smartphone, das die grundlegenden Funktionen abdeckt, und auf der Website wurde eines empfohlen, das all die gewünschten Funktionen hat. Das Gespräch mit dem Serviceteam hat mir geholfen, genau das zu bekommen, wonach ich suchte.
Der einzige Grund dafür, dass ich nicht 5 Sterne gebe, ist, dass ich den angebotenen Cash-Back-Bonus extra anfordern musste, statt dass das automatisch funktionieren würde, und das war nirgends angegeben.
