Has always a good experience before, parcel most likely has been lost but not fault of UB, but got a full refund quickly..can happen with anyone but just delivery company's lose stuff at times.

Amazing service

I ordered from UB a dozen of times, if not more, everything was always perfect, their figs are really great, they are more affordable than most of the others customs companies and they have an amazing customer service

Great Experience with UB

A+ Company in my book - quality of their own branded minifigs are top notch. Dispatch times have also been great in my experience, and items are always packed with care.

Excellent experience.

I’m exceptionally happy with my purchase. They make some awesome figures. Furthermore customer service is superb. I’ll definitely purchase more from them in the future. I’m really hoping they’ll make some stuff representing the British Indian army in WWII. Awesome company.

An amazing experience with this amazing company. Spent a lot on niche figures which for some reason melted their hats nearly a year later. Emailed them with photos and without question sent me not only new figures but new hats as well. Worth every £ and will use forever

Great minifigures and accessories

United Bricks makes some of the best historical minifigures. I love being able to order some troops, plus all the BrickArms accessories that I need to deck them out, and know that they're ready to put right into my build.
