Top notch Service
Great customer service in store. Very knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. Quality carpet and underlay for best price around. Expert fitter. Seamless, quick service. Would definatly recommend.

Excellent Quality & Service
Excellent quality bed and mattress at an affordable price.
The shop manager was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get a package we were happy with.
The two chaps who delivered, constructed the bed where very professional and friendly.
All in all a good experience from start to finish.

Great service throughout.
Great service in the shop. Went above and beyond to fit our carpet fit in. Managed next day fitting as we were up against a tight schedule. Fitters couldn’t have been more polite and professional! Great job at great prices.

terrible service carpet was ordered…
terrible service carpet was ordered wrong missed a whole room! the fitter moaned about moving a few things when the house wasn’t even lived in so hardly much , he walked out and didn’t come back until the next day , they didn’t order enough vinyl flooring and i’m still waiting nearlly a month later for my porch to be finished , the flooring quality is not what we was sold , the only good thing is the vinyl flooring lvt fitter was a hard worker and a lovely bloke !! but it’s marked and scratched with nothing major to cause this , nearlly 6-7k spent and service was disgusting not happy at all complaint is being made i just wanted the last bit of it finished first

Had a great experience
Had a great experience, the store team were very friendly and helpful and managed to get an appointment for the fitters a cpuple of weeks after booking. They arrived early and didn't take long to fit new carpet in the lounge. Very happy with the chosen carpet and made a big difference to the room. Will use united carpets again

Fitters on time and did an excellent job and left everything tidy when they'd finished.

We are really happy with our new fluffy…
We are really happy with our new fluffy carpet! Unfortunately the fitting service let the experience down a little bit. We made the mistake of booking our fitting service on a Friday afternoon so the fitters seemed like they were in a bit of a rush after telling me ours was their last job of the day. Whilst fitting the carpet they took some paint off my newly painted skirting boards so I had to re-paint them. They also left loads of rubbish with the cardboard roll from the carpet which would not fit in my little Fiat 500.

Overall good service
Sales advisor was professional and gave good advice. Estimator came out quickly to measure up.kept up to date about delivery and fitting.on day of fitting there was a problem with carpet due to staines on it so fitter could only fit part .However the store ordered replacement and was fitted next day. Overall we had very good service throughout.

Excellent service , carpets and fitting .
We came for two carpets ( living room and Stairs) and was met by Ryan who advised us well in the choice of carpet and underlay and was very professional and polite and advised us the best way to get round the problems we faced with the flooring already in our living room .The carpet fitter they used Matt Aish , did an excellent job on his own fitting the two carpets in 2-3 hours People have commented how good they look in our house and how nice they feel underfoot. Very happy customer.

The carpet was good quality for the…
The carpet was good quality for the price paid and laid well but was not laid to the specific requirements I had asked for when in the showroom. This meant that I had to have a join in a place i did not want it. Also when I asked them to finish the job I had paid for and requested they did it but then left me with an inappropriate end bar that was obviously wrong for the job - all that was said to me was ‘that was the bar asked for at the showroom’ - That was the bar suggested at the showroom but it meant nothing to me - I’m not a carpet fitter but It was obviously wrong even i could work that out - I couldn’t be bothered to argue about it and will have to put it right myself. Apart from that it was okay.
