Great quality at reasonable prices, lovely range of carpets and laminate. Staff are great, always friendly, do what they say they will do.

Ordered a stairs carpet from this store after speaking to the sales man ,
1/ A mid range carpet 10 year guarantee ??
2/ Free underlay
3/ Free fitting
As we are in our mid 70s we decided to place an order as we thought this was with in our budget .
1/ The carpet was what we ordered .
2/ The underlay put down was 7mm not the 10mm I was led to believe when discussed when ordering which is not fit for purpose cheap rubbish .
3/ Free fitting , I paid the carpet fitter £78.00 cash for fitting (I hope he has paid tax on that ? ) not only that as well as me taking up the old carpet and underlay as requested by the sales man, the fitter left all his off cuts and rubbish for me to dispose of . I phoned the store to complain , spoke to a young lady who told me that the sales man is not available but she will have a conversation with him and get back to me , well I'm still waiting . Where's my 10 year guarantee ? Your advertising out side your store is miss leading , your after sales support is nun existing , Might be a case for trading standards .

Very helpful staff who took the time to advise and recommend.
Fitters were great and left no mess.

Kitchen lino cut too short and messy in places. Told wooden floor would be fitted within 2 weeks and it ended up being 4 which was a pain when we had then already moved into the property. The wooden floor was then left a complete mess cut too short in places so I have big gaps around all my doors. Beading not fitted correctly and hanging off the skirting boards. I had to keep calling and going into the store pestering for them to do anything about it even though they kept saying they would sort it. Kitchen has now been sorted. The wooden floor has not and as before I have to keep calling them to be told they are too busy at the moment and don’t know when it will be fixed. This has still not been sorted and unless I call them I get no communication. Terrible experience and customer service I would never use again or recommend to anyone else.

Bought four carpets from Fenton early September to be fitted at two separate times, but within 3 weeks. Very poor communication (or none) from the sales staff, had to chase with phone calls not returned.. then the stair carpets arrived at the store but had been cut to the wrong size so more delay, then fitted by glue to the open stairs but within 2 days they were loose and hanging off I go a staple gun and did the job myself. Overall, carpets were good value for money but the dreadful non communication, resulting in a delay of 7 weeks, and poor fitting means I won’t use this store again.

Oh the irony of receiving a text asking for feedback on service when I’m currently waiting for a phone call back from the store to store their mistake!

We visited the store a couple of times, once to chose what we wanted prior to our conservatory being done and then back to sort it once we had the proper measurements. We chose a carpet and a wood floor for the 2 rooms and the service was great! The lady who served us was really helpful taking the time to explain the different woods and types of floor to us and helping us chose the right one for us.

The carpet was fitted really quickly however unfortunately this is where the positive experience ends. We should have had the wood flooring fitted on Wednesday 28th September. The lady in store rang the evening before to say the fitter wasn’t well so couldn’t come but would come next Thursday (6th October) I clarified the day and date with her and trusted them to do the rest.

Roll on today and by 11 no contact and no fitter arrived. I didn’t ring first thing as I was unsure if they would book more than one fitting in a day or if they needed to nip to the store to collect the flooring before coming here so I gave them a bit of time. However by 11.30 my husband rang the store to check what was happening. When he called he was told we weren’t even in the books for today and someone would give me a call back! I rang back an hour later to be told “we are trying to get hold of the fitter, we know as much as you do” - not helpful at all! Now nearly 2 and a half hours later we are no further forward and I have no idea when my floor which has been paid for is even arriving!

Fitter arrived promptly and fitted 2 bedrooms, hall stairs & landing, large living room, in no time at all. Excellent work and experience. Price was reasonable too. Would recommend.
