SENT THE WRONG COLOUR BED!
You sent the wrong colour bed. You sent grey instead of stone. It was unpacked before it was realised. I hope you manage to send the correct colour carpet!!!

Chris at Hazel Grove was fantastic. Offered great advice and managed to get us booked in for fitting within 5 days, despite it being the lead up to Christmas. Really pleased with our carpet and the service!

fitters made a mistake, did not rectify
The reason the 5 stars isn't there is down to the fitters, who are not employed by United Carpets. I noticed something not quite right about the carpet fitting but it was only after i had hoovered up and the fitters left. The fitter has promised to come back and rectify the mistake but has since ignored my messages.
