Great carpets that we're fitted well. I knocked stars off as they left the long cardboard tubes in my front garden saying they'd come back for them. They are still there now....

Bought carpets for my two bedrooms also bought a stair carpet and bedroom carpet for my mother's house, excellent in store service, very helpful choosing all carpets and visited both properties to measure.
All together was very good value.
Carpets all fitted by the fitters, who were very professional and very good communication.
All together I would have no problem recommending united carpets and beds, very professional and helpful.
Well done to them.

Great service and products. We had our back bedroom fitted with a new carpet lovely. And a new kitchen floor looked fantastic. We will be buying a new living room carpet too. Thank you.

Because I can't drive,I chose my carpet…
Because I can't drive,I chose my carpet on line which i wanted fitted for Christmas.
I phoned the store and they arranged someone to measure up for me.
The came back with a quote which I happily agreed to.
The store manager phoned me to let me know the carpet I chose was out of stock k until January.Most companies would leave it at that,but know he gave me the name of carpets that were close to which I chose.
Picked one delivered and fitted on the 18th December. Fantastic service.100% use again

United Carpets and Beds, are going to be my first choice EVERYTIME I need new Carpets. The whole process was fantastic, from not been nagged/followed round the store when looking for my carpet, to a friendly salesperson who was helpful without been patronising, yo the speed in which my carpet was fitted, to the excellent guys who fitted my carpet snd were both friendly and respectful. I'll DEFINITELY be back!!!

Went to get a carpet for my box room to match the other carpets on the landing and in the bedrooms. My carpet had been discontinued. They were very helpful in finding a similar carpet.
Martin brought the carpet and fitted it with his usual high standards.

I bought my Carpet awhile before laying…
I bought my Carpet awhile before laying it down and they prepared the time and date to come out before Christmas which was a very busy time for them. This shows that they are willing to adapt to everybody’s need even in a time of a bit period

I ordered 2 ottoman beds
I ordered 2 ottoman beds, mattresses and Headboards in September with delivery in October. The first visit resulted in one of the beds having insufficient feet and the other bed had a faulty headboard. The second visit left me with one bed fully installed but the other bed without sufficient brackets to secure the headboard. I'm hoping the third visit in December results in a complete delivery job.
