Team worked hard to fit Lino under tight units but I was a bit disappointed that the expensive Lino was rolled out on the drive way and not swept before bringing into the house. Been laid now with pieces of grit under neath. Staff also needed to cut lino through a doorway and used a silver grip bar which does not match the brass strip as has been used in the next door way onto the hallway. Just would have given a better finish.

Great service, good value and nice carpet!

Recently bought a new build and United Carpets fitted the house with carpets and fitted vinyl in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Also purchased a mattress off them. Really happy with the carpets, the fitters did a fab job. Was also really happy with the price. However, the kitchen vinyl was laid over something sharp and was close to poking a hole through the flooring. I contacted the store about it and they said to email and send pictures through which I have, but they aren’t replying. This has now left a hole in the flooring. I was also told the mattress would be delivered but hadn’t heard anything regarding the delivery a week after the carpets were fitted. After calling the store over 7 times and constantly being told they would look into this and call me back I was finally told it was in fact at the store and needed collecting so had to drive a 50 mile round trip to collect this.

In store was informative, friendly and fair. Fitters were quick (bit cowboy like) They didn't fit a gripper as they said it wasn't on my invoice, however they gave the wrong invoice as they were leaving, I noticed very quickly it was wrong so ran outside as they were turning their van around (very fast) to get the right one then sped off. I checked my invoice and I did pay for a gripper, now I'm wondering if I had the right carpet installed as they left quite a bit of cut offs in the bedroom they were carpeting.

Can’t recommend highly enough! Been shopping around various suppliers, I wanted vinyl flooring & united carpets had by far the best choice / quality at the best price. Brad helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel bad that I wasn’t purchasing LVT flooring instead - which all the others kept on at me about. He knows his stuff and I feel confident we have the perfect flooring! Great choice, superb service and by far the best price!

Carpet fitters arrived on time and after three weeks they appear to have made a first class job.

Great outlet very fair and Scott the fitter very professional and very neat job in our stairs not an easy stairs either had an awkward top step and landing and then more stairs with winders!

Fitters left loads of small screws all over house. Feels like there's lots under the carpets across the property too. Was told my carpet choices were cheap and poor quality and encouraged to go for a more expensive one. Stuck with my chosen and underlay all round. My carpets are great quality. I'd have needlessly spent more money if listened.

Communication was excellent. Delivery was on the day scheduled in the time frame given. Great customer service

We went to the Lincoln store today to buy some lino and was served by a very unhelpful salesman. He was a middle aged man and didn’t seem keen on helping us. After cutting the lino to size in two pieces he gave one roll to my elderly mother to carry to the car. When I offered to carry it for her instead he gave me the 2nd roll that he had been carrying instead of assisting us. As we both struggled to carry both rolls out the shop he didn’t even open the door for us. Shocking customer service. Will never return.

From purchasing the laminate flooring to competition of installation, I have been very happy with the service. My new house looks amazing and the installation was done amazingly and honestly have no complaints.

Absolutely disgusted with how I’ve been treated by this company. I’ve never written a review or ever complained about anything, but my experience has been awful and I hope this stops people purchasing flooring from these people.They had no issues when picking the carpet and taking the money, the issues started when they came to fit the carpet, they banged my wall leaving a dent, charged me more money to cut my doors down , which wasn’t spoken about when booking the appointment. I had to pay the fitters 900 pounds when it’s suppose to be free fitting. We had lumps all in our carpet and our carpet has worn so much within a month. No emails have been replied to and we’ve been completely ignored. The fitter Ash came round when I rang about a stone in my downstairs bathroom which was starting to cut through our vinyl.when arriving three men came in and claimed the couldn’t see it , I had to get down and point at it even though it is so obvious.Ash then said to me that I was a “fu**ing nightmare because your a woman “ I was in absolute shock, this was all due to the fact they didn’t want to replace the vinyl.the shop rang back and wanted 60 pound for them to sort out there mistake. I was always polite and understanding so for people to come in ruin my flooring which cost us 5,000 pounds is really is upsetting.i will never be purchasing carpet or any type of flooring from here again and feel as though they have taken advantage of a young woman.

Chose the carpet. Gave us a date to fit. The fitters were quick and efficient. All parties were cordial and very professional. This is our third trip and and purchases in the past. we are delighted with the services and product. Always go here. Not too sure about the date. About six weeks ago.

I booked the day off work for the carpet to be fitted and the fitters won't to the wrong house. I ran the store up and all they said is that they have been and I wasn't in, witch I was, but he still insisted that they came to my house, I have cameras all around my house, but he still insisted, so I ended up putting the phone down on him. I don't think I will be buying no more from urselfs, as I have for years. Not happy
The guys that fitted the carpet was nice and apologised. Shame the shop staff, think different.

The flooring in bathroom was laid we had to redo the silicone looked like a five year old had done it

Excellent service from start to finish, helpful friendly staff in store we were helped by Ryan he was superb! great prices, fitted us in quickly. Carpet is fabulous quality and looks great! Fitters arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend we’ve had five star service and will be returning for more soon.
