Had a great experience buying carpet from Simon Trolley. The service was so good that I went back again the following year to buy carpet for another room. Great quality, helpful advice, and a smooth experience both times. Highly recommend!

I visited United Carpets and Beds recently and had a brilliant experience. The store has a fantastic range of quality items to suit every budget, and the prices are very competitive.
A special thank you to Simon, who helped me from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave honest, helpful advice with absolutely no pressure. He took time to explain all my options, brought out samples, and made sure I was completely happy with my choices. Nothing was too much trouble, and his service was outstanding.
Delivery and fitting went smoothly and on time, and I’m delighted with my new flooring.
Highly recommend United Carpets and Beds – just ask for Simon.

Excellent service as always. Fitter was great too. I tried a different local trader last yr and the result was awful. Ive been using United carpets for many yrs and wou go anyway else. Can't remember exact date. Price good. Staff good. Service good

Great purchasing , fitting not great
Great purchasing experience however since the fitting has been done it has since started to bubble. Called and said somebody would be out and they haven’t been, emailed and complained and no response. Not happy!

fitters was on time and did a good job didn't feel pressured when visiting the shop we needed carpets right through and they helped us with what underlay we needed
