In store help in choosing carpet was…
In store help in choosing carpet was great. Carpet was well fitted and looks good. Downside was the fitters dumped carpet tubing in street, drove off and left it. I wouldn’t have minded if they had put it on my driveway with excess carpet for me to dispose of. It has left me as a disappointed customer of United carpets. I will be going elsewhere next time.

Fabulous flooring
Excellent service and prices. The carpet and laminate were fitted perfectly. The staff at the Swindon warehouse were pleasant and helpful and the laminate/carpet fitters worked fantastic and cleanly too. Altogether a good experience. I have had all my carpets from there in the past and will continue to do so.

Disgusting carpet fitter ..left an absolute mess of my house ..used these for years..manager called and apologised but no offer offer of compensation in regards to me paying for fitters..Piles of carpet strewn all over my house..glue canisters left in my children's bedroom..will never use again

My new flooring.
The shop was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The day my flooring was laid it was done quickly and very professionally. Overall I am pleased with my new flooring and have no complaints, I would recommend it to anyone.

Shocking service…
Arranged for fitting 5 weeks in advance, to then be let down on day and lied to, saying they had phoned me to then realise they have phoned a different customer twice and not me. no phone call until I phoned to see what was happening. On new arrangement I had to phone again due to fitter not turning up on time and having to get an 80 year old to sit in for me. To be told he would be with us 3 hrs after first arranged. Shocking service for the fitment side of things.
