Ensure their size and quote is correct
The carpet and underlay are good.
I gave the correct size in the shop.
They sent a fitter to measure, he said the size was wrong. I showed him the size I had given, this was correct.
I was charged over another £100 more.
I will not go back for anything else.
They have done this to a number of people I have spoken to.

We had near enough full house spent around £1300 and now the bathroom Lino has been pierced by a screw under neath the Lino is now pierced as it’s been glued down

Fabulous service from Luke at the Pontefract store. Great choice of vinyl,( needed some for my bathroom ) good quality at a very competitive price. Had the vinyl fitted via the store all done within a week. Fitter very polite and did a really nice job. Highly recommend the Pontefract store. 🫶

Luke at Pontefract was absolutely fantastic, so, so helpful! I even needed some underlay because one of our cats has urinated on one of our new carpets and have gave me a more than generous amount completely free. 100% reccomend & ask for Luke!

Extremely friendly and helpful sales team, they helped me find the right mattress that was available within the timeframe I needed just before Christmas. The mattress is excellent quality and very good value for money.

Another perfect job
Another bedroom done, 3 down 1 to go and as always service from choosing to fitting brilliant! Halls and downstairs loo done as well and the carpet looks lovely, thanks to Emma for matching it perfectly with the stair carpet. Also, I asked if my boot could be carpeted to make cleaning easier, no sooner said than done, template taken and sent away to be stitched, works a treat I have 4 dogs and can just take it out and vacuum it, job done. I wouldn't go anywhere else, you always get good advice and help and they don't pounce on you when you walk in. Thank you Kev, Emma and team
