Said they would fit hall stairs and…
Said they would fit hall stairs and landing today plus my baby’s room, we took up all the carpets in preparation only to have them arrive and say they are doing two other different rooms. We had to take up those carpets, then they had to do my baby’s room so he could sleep tonight which left us walking up and down the uncarpeted stairs with nails and grippers out (carrying a young child) until they can come to finish Monday since they said they didn’t have time to finish.. very dangerous. Never using again.

First time used UC from visiting shop/
First time used UC from visiting shop/
warehouse and selecting carpets with the help from assistant Steve through to communication / delivery and fitting found them to be very proffesional.
We had split fitting ( two visits) within a week of each other.
Only critism was the second fitting for one room the fitters did not take away the excess carpet and underlay.
The first fitting for one room and stairs and landings was undertaken by Craig whom without us requesting took away the excess carpet and underlay.
Both actual fittings were well fitted.

Poor fitters. Rude and very untidy
Well the wrong carpet has been fitted. The fitters left the place on a mess. I mean not even an attempt to clean up after themselves. Off cuts of carpet left everywhere and they broke a floor tile fitting a trim.

Carpets nice but fitting dissapointing
Very happy with the carpets less happy with the fitters carpet fitted well but bits left all over new carpet and door left off hinges and leaning up against the wall then left without explaining why this was. I rang to find out why but the person who answered was very flippant and offhand.

Not the best service
First of all when we purchased the flooring in the shop we advised the current state of the existing floor and was advised that thick Lino would be fine without underlay.
The fitter went to fit the flooring and wouldn’t do it, we spoke to the shop assistant again a reiterated the initial conversation and had to arrange for the fitter to go back the following week, this was cancelled twice last minute and rearranged, each time messing our tenant around who had book days of work to wait for the fitter each time.
