Love it the carpets and lamantion is brill make ure home a home service is great on time

I am very pleased with my carpet and bed.
The carpet fitter’s did a first class job and were very nice guy’s and the guys that delivered the bed were very friendly and efficient, the staff in the store when I placed my order were excellent too.

Was welcomed when we entered the store,,we also were left just to have a look around,then was joined by staff member,,answered questions easily,,didn't talk jargon,,very professional, polite

The experience was great. The carpet was fitted to perfection. The lads were cheery excellent at their jobs, but only one thing was bad. I paid for a door bar But never received it and still haven’t received it.

- Sales person wasn’t very welcoming and rude
- The price changed and was blamed on needing more flooring despite me giving measurements
- Once I’d paid I had to chase a fitting date and to confirm it was happening
- I wasn’t told that the house needed to be heated for the vinyl and that led to being delayed for a week
- The price of the fitting was quoted £20 under what it was

Overall, a really poor experience and only 2 stars because the fitters (who aren’t employed by United were good lads and did a great job)

Staff in the shop were lovely, attentive and helpful.
Communication was great and the delivery date was well sooner than what was expected.
Love the bed and the mattress.
My only problem was the fitters damaged my light fixture in my hallway and made a dent in my wall taking the bed up the stairs. I wasn’t in on the day so didn’t notice at the time to make them aware. Would have obviously liked them to have been more careful.
I would definitely use them again in the future but would be wary of the delivery men.

All the staff I dealt with in the stockton branch were amazing, very helpful and patient, dealt with any problems very efficiently and kept in touch with all progress. The only let down for me was delivery of sofa they hardly tried to get it in the house and were going to cancel delivery and told me to pick a new sofa that fitted into my house, I told them it would go through garage into back garden and in through the French doors but they didn't offer to do this so I took delivery into my garage and myself and my husband took it into house and set it up

I bought a beautiful carpet from the Stockton on tees store in October 2022 it was fitted by the stores fitters in November 2022.
The sales person reassured me that the carpet would be suitable for stairs and landing I was hesitant as I was concerned about whether the carpet was suitable for the stairs , the sales person insisted that it was fine for heavy traffic areas and said he had purchased the same carpet and his was fine . I felt that he was using his sales talk and persuaded me on his reassurance that the carpet would be ok.
The carpet has been laid less than 4 months and the stairs have flattened considerably , I hoover twice a week and is kept in a good clean condition .
I visited the store today to explain the situation and was met with a " couldnt careless attitude " the salesperson said it was not a fault with the carpet and its wear and tear , he said that there was nothing he could do , I will be taking further advice on my rights , I feel I have been pushed into buying a carpet that is not suitable for stairs .

Ordered the carpets online...the quality of the carpets are what I expected however I complained about the stair carpet being lose and some of the underlay not being installed. They came out again and explained that's the way it should be, but when I lifted one of the stairs carpet very easily the fitter agreed it should be like that.. I pointed out other areas but they said its normal...its not....when I hoover the carpet should not come up and I'm still waiting for the missing underlay.

we purchased carpets for our house from stockton on tees from the moment we walked into the store to the moment the fitters left our house it was top notch experienced staff who assisted us- great prioce quality advise top service will highley reccomend no pressure just advise trying to offer best fit for our situation and budget

Ordered Suite, no pressure in shop. Delivery within a week. Delivery drivers very good. Polite and left things spotless

Bought hall, stair, landing and lounge carpet from Stockton branch. Salesman was attentive an gave my wife and I good advice. Carpet fitters were very good and laid the carpet quickly. Alround a very good experience

The shopping experience was good staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Carpet fitters however were a challenge. Had to take a full day off for a one hour appointment. When they had left there was a piece of carpet that hadn’t been cut, I hadn’t noticed it as it was hidden due to all the off cuts

Can’t say enough how impressed we were with this company.From the minute we walked in the staff were really friendly and welcoming but weren’t constantly following you around.They helped guide us in which flooring and colours would work well with what we were trying to achieve and after purchasing a stair carpet and some laminate we left happy.They measured and priced everything and after fitting the stair carpet we were really happy with everything from start to finish.Definitely a return visit will be happening
