Outstanding Team.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The whole team went above and beyond.
Dan took the time to help me find the perfect flooring, offering great advice and never rushing the process.Dan was happy to spend as much time as I needed and was happy to recommend flooring to suit my needs. As an example when choosing a stair carpet, advise was given on the type required and this was cheaper than what I actually chose. No pushy sales, just dedicated staff ensuring they get it right for their customers.
Martin came out to measure my floors- not once but twice when I decided I was changing more floors! I got a call at 9:30am as promised both times with an ETA. Arrived within the time frame, respectful, and professional throughout.
It is rare to find a team that are as dedication as the staff in this shop.
Pete was not directly involved in the choosing of my floors, but on both occasions was in the background with a smile, happy to help the team and quick to sort stock and support wherever needed.
A truly outstanding and dedicated team. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone. They come highly recommended.

Overall process was a mess.
Ordered my original carpet choice back in early November, fitting was booked for mid December. A few days before the fitting appointment, I had a call to say my carpet was damaged in transit and had to go to store to choose a different carpet in time for my fitting. I wasn’t offered any compensation and/or refund for this inconvenience. I had already waited 4/5 weeks for the carpet to arrive. I can’t fault the staff in store, they were as helpful as they good be but I was really disappointed that there wasn’t an offer of anything for the mess. Basically, my carpet was damaged due to the bad weather we’d had and my carpet having to come ‘on and off’ the van whilst it was in route. Thankfully, my new carpet did come on time ready for the fitters. But again, it would have been nice to have a good will gesture towards the new carpet, I had to leave work to sort a new one out which wasn’t ideal during our busiest time. However, the carpet is lovely and the fitters were efficient. Just the overall process was a hit of a mess.

End of roll!
Ordering was straightforward and the assistant offered good product knowledge. Fitting was arranged at the time and fitters arrived within time slot given. Was disappointed with the carpet once down. It is evident this was an end of roll piece and the carpet dye was faded down one side and there was a darker stripe towards the edge. As a plain carpet this is more obvious. The fitters had left lots of mess all over the floor and did not clear away any remnant cut off which disguised the change in colour. Have had carpets from here before and normally very happy but on this occasion I felt let down.

I will never again use this company
I purchase a new carpet and the red underline for the entire upstairs of the house plus the stairs Which I regret l had better underlay down all read than this new they fitted. Never fitted any underlay in the wardrobe. and then cut the carpet short l used this company loads of time but never again

I wasn’t pestered by the employer, I just looked around and when I was ready to speak to him just asked him for some advice, very helpful then booked me in for measuring, done and dusted . Waited for my carpets to be fitted, they came and did a fantastic job, well done young men. I love what I chose.

Lovely and friendly guy that came out to take measurements, I can't fault this company as I always use them...only one issue, the guys who laid my lino (although friendly and amiable) left the offcuts and sharp carpet strips piled up in my bathroom, I would have been grateful if at least they could have bagged it for me due to me having health issues...
