Couldn't recommend enough - absolutely saved us on a Friday afternoon - thank you so much!

It is only when something goes wrong that you discover how good, or otherwise, a company is. In my case, it was a battery I ordered that got lost by UPS. Although a relatively small item, the Company was so helpful and reassuring, even mailing a second battery to me on their own initiative, rather than waiting for UPS to find the original one. I then needed some technical help to reactivate my UPS. One of their engineers telephoned me promptly and patiently went through a series of diagnostic checks, eventually identifying the solution to my problem. The UPS is now reinstalled and working perfectly. I highly recommend UPS Power Services Ltd - if only all companies were as good as they are!

I was very happy with the service. The installer was punctual and efficient. All the old UPS items were removed from site. The system is running smoothly.

I purchased a new battery for a SmartUPS 1500 at a price well below the official Dell replacement. The item was delivered promptly and has been installed for five weeks, and it does its job when needed. Obviously I can't vouch for the long-term performance of the battery, but so far so good.

Needed new batteries for my APC UPS and had no problems ordering from UPS Power Services.
Just had to put the "frame" from my UPS onto the batteries, sorry put the batteries into the frame and VOILA!

I had 2 sets of batteries delivered promptly for two UPSs. Been in in service now for about 6 months without any difficulty and worked the once they were required. Good price, good service. I expect I will use them again when I next need to change the batteries.
