Had everything I needed in stock, and will defo look at what bikes they have, next time I’m buying.

Sounded good on the phone then made an order and thats when all the lying began and the start of the incompetence 👎🏻 shocking customer service, now had to open a dispute to try get my cash back

I was going to order a sur ron from urban moto but to see about communication etc i ordered a shirt first to see how it went
(Glad i did )
Shirt never arrived no reply to several emails no answer to phone calls luckily paypay stepped in and refunded me
My advice is stay away

I ordered a chain for my bike and filled in the boxes with make, model and year and paid for it. It arrived quickly but was 10 links too short. When I got in touch with them they said I ordered the shorter chain despite filling in the boxes correctly for my bike and refused to pay return postage

Kerry a spot on bloke sorted me out with a frey ex pro answered all my questions regarding the bike

I bought a electric motorbike off a different dealer Local to me.
And They were most unhelpful once thay sold me the bike , to be honest I don't think They had enough knowledge about the bike Because it is a new product.

So on the off chance. I contacted this company to ask some advice. And it turns out this was just the place I needed the phone I spoke to a gentleman called.
