The items in my mini box were great but I’m on
Atkins diet. The keto products are higher in carbs than my daily allowance. So it would’t work for me. It would work better for diabetics I think. Thank you for the excellent customer service you provide. I would difinitely recommend this product to others.

I gifted my spouse who eats vegan a 6 month subscription. She mostly liked it, though some months the "snacks" were bags of tea or chewing gum, which she didn't like. I had a billing mishap where it auto-renewed when I believed it was cancelled. We were able to clear it up with customer service, who was reasonable to work with.

I called customer service to as some questions and Lizel was extremely helpful!! I wish your user interface would allow the customer to not auto renew. When giving a gift to a friend or relative you pick the number of months then the gift has is over. By letting the customer choose upfront it, makes the process work for gifts and not just an ongoing monthly service.

This website is a scam. There's only 1 person that runs it and they autorenew your subscription without telling you and force you into a 1 year contract. They make up a lot of excuses for their bad business pratices. I cannot post links on here but take a look on Better Business Bureau (BBB) reviews and their Federal Trade Comission (FTC) legal case in which they scam people out of their money and misrepresent their positive reviews.

Dont make the same mistake I did of giving your credit card details to this money thieving company.

I like getting new items to try which I may not have purchased myself. Customer support was responsive when I needed help with an address update.

It’s just simply awesome!! My favorites are the hazel-not chickpea butter and the veggie chips. Healthy and tasty snacks at your doorstep! Highly recommend!!

Great value! My family used up all the goodies within 2 days so I had to reorder just to try everything myself! Our favorites were nutrition & protein bars, and chickpea butter...yumm!

Took a couple emails. Wish there was a working customer service number, but overall very pleasant and prompt responses. And issue was resolved.

We love Urthbox. We originally were a bit skeptical but wanted to try it to find the family some healthier options. We have 3 little ones and it was hard to find snacks that are tasty and healthy. You know you did something right when 3 little ones race to rip open the box on each delivery. It’s an easy treat I add to their lunch boxes and we love it too. No more repeating the same snack every day. It’s helped us find new snack options for our family.

Got my first UrthBox few weeks back and we immediately loved all the varieties. Kids were so happy that they had many choices. All the snacks were so yummy and healthy and you don’t feel guilty eating them. I highly recommend you give UrthBox a try.

I wasn’t really sure how the snacks would taste since I usually shop the brands I know. A friend of mine was raving about Urthbox and I gave it a try. I was super surprised at how good the snacks tasted. All of them tasted really good. My wife pointed out that they are actually nutritious and was happy to see my kids enjoying them as well. So glad I tired it out. I wonder if they will have even more items soon.

Such a fab concept. I always try to buy healthy food when going to grocery store but snacks are an afterthought and almost always unhealthy. Healthy, yummy and unique collection of snacks for me and my family. The chickpea butter -wow, move over Nutella!

My family received our first UrthBox last month. Timing was perfect as we were leaving for an international trip. Our whole family enjoyed carefully curated healthy snacks for our journey. Urthbox not only has amazing tasty snacks that my mom absolutely adores, but the customer service team is fast at responding and wonderful people! Definitely recommend subscribing to them!

I used a gift card for a 3-month subscription. I was then charged for another 3-month subscription as they required my credit card to use the gift card. Lizel in customer service refused to refund me. Even though, per Lizel in customer service, there were options to cancel, I was not aware. The checkout site interface is not user friendly. I couldn't even use my original gift card without contacting customer support. Also, the snacks were repetitive (applesauce in multiple boxes), were things I could easily pick up at the grocery store, and/or were super boring (roasted pecans, applesauce).

The Urthbox vegan boxes have a wonderful selection of products, something to look forward to each month. Customer service was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend you try out Urthbox.
