HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased three Diono car seats on November 4, 2024, and one has had a defective headrest that constantly falls off. Despite months of back and forth with customer service, I was given the wrong installation diagram, treated condescendingly, and then falsely told my seat was out of warranty even though I have proof it is not. Calls now go unanswered. Dishonest and unhelpful service. Not worth the purchase if you expect safe products or fair treatment.
