Been over a month and no update…

Been over a month and no update regarding shipment. Contacted two weeks ago & was told they are experiencing ‘high demand’ & will be shipping as soon as possible. Another 2 weeks. Nothing still. Though their website says ‘preparing package’ with my original buy date. Ridiculous.

The products themselves are good

The products themselves are good. But the last 2 orders I have had I have been told "lost by courier". Very frustrating.

Thank you for your patience, and I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. Having two orders marked as lost by the courier is incredibly disappointing, and I completely understand how frustrating that would be.

I can confirm that your order has been escalated on our end, and a replacement has already been sent out to you. We’ve also flagged this with the courier to help prevent this from happening again.

That said, you shouldn’t have to deal with this more than once, and we take that seriously. We’ll continue to monitor this to make sure your replacement reaches you without any further issues.

Really great shampoo & conditioner

Really great shampoo & conditioner. My difficult son is very happy to use this product. Leaves his hair soft and clean. Actually thanked me (!) Nice, subtle, non- chemical, natural scent. Mum tested on her super sensitive scalp with coloured, ageing hair - mum loves it too. Dad got in on the act and now wants to use it. Please introduce a 1ltr bottle so we cut back on shipping costs and environmental impact.

This is such a great one to read, thank you. When a “difficult” son is happy to use it and even says thank you, that’s a huge win.

We also love that it’s become a bit of a family product. Mum and Dad getting involved is something we hear more and more, and it’s great to know it’s working well even on sensitive, coloured hair.

We really appreciate the note about larger bottles too. It makes a lot of sense from both a cost and environmental point of view, and it’s something we’re actively looking at as we grow.

Disappointing Experience!!!

Disappointed to say the least. Was excited to try these products and purchased through the Facebook promo.Signed up for a two monthly subscription. Subscription number #28369846546.
First order was made on Feb 25 2026 Order #59665. I ordered two of what I thought was a complete hygiene pack for my partner and also my 17 year old nephew, who is on the Autism Spectrum. Upon receiving the order on Monday 9 th March, I discovered that it was only the body wash and deodorant pack with FREE GIFTS of cooling wipes, scalp scrubber and body buffer ( no body buffer was in box) NO SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER! The picture on the site showed shampoo, conditioner along with the body wash and deodorant with the FREE GIFTS. The picture on the site is very misleading and should only show what you will be getting in the order.
I contacted MANLY SUPPORT on Monday 9th March to inform them on missing body buffer and that I thought I had ordered the shampoo/conditioner as well, due to the picture on the site. On March 10 I was as instructed to take a photo of the box and what was inside it, as evidence that the body buffers were missing. Then on March 11 was given an apology about the missing buffer and told that a replacement would be organised and sent out. I informed them that I wanted to cancel the subscription, and went on the site and cancelled it. Subscription was cancelled on March 12 th and I was notified via email that it had been.
Didn't think any more about it until I received a notification from Australia Post on 2 April saying that another order was being prepared from MANLY and would be delivered Friday 10- Monday 13th April. I have reached out to MANY SUPPORT again to let them know that I had definitely cancelled the subscription and provided screenshots of the emails I had sent previously. No money has left my account as of yet, as I have DELETED my card from the SHOP APP. I also haven't heard back from MANLY SUPPORT about this supposed 'new order' yet.
I wish I had seen these other reviews on here before making the order in the first place.
If any money comes out of my account, I will be contacting ACCC and forwarding my complaints to them.
DO BETTER MANLY!

I’m genuinely sorry reading this. I can completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this whole experience has been, especially with the confusion around what was included in your order, the missing item, and then seeing another order being prepared after you had already cancelled. That’s a lot to deal with, and it’s not acceptable.

You’re absolutely right to expect that what’s shown on the website clearly reflects what you’re purchasing. If that wasn’t clear and led you to believe shampoo and conditioner were included, that’s on us and we need to do better there. The missing body buffer should also have been handled quickly and properly without any back and forth.

The most concerning part here is the new order notification after your subscription was cancelled. That should not be happening, and I completely understand why that would raise alarm bells. Please rest assured we are taking this seriously and will be reviewing your account and order history in full to make sure no further orders or charges go through.

If you could please send us a direct email with your order number and screenshots again, we will prioritise this immediately and provide you with a clear resolution. If anything has been processed in error, we will correct it.

I’m truly sorry this has been your experience. You’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly and you deserved a much smoother and more transparent process from us.

This seems to be a scam website

This seems to be a scam website. I stupidly purchased looking at what I thought was really reviews and todate after two weeks since ordering have not had anything shipped as yet. They keep saying they will respond but response is very unclear and standard. Like an automatic reply. Bought 430.00 worth of goods and now very frustrated with myself to lose so much money. Trying to get the bank to help.

very good love the body wash BUT I ordered the nice nut wash as well but when I got my package I got 6 bottles of body wash I looked on all of the bottles at their instructions and they were all about how to use the ball wash when the bottle said body wash if I knew that this was going to be the same product I wouldn't of got as many

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the confusion with your order. I completely understand how that would have been unexpected.

Just to clarify, the “nut wash” and the body wash are actually the same formula. We’ve simply updated the name and packaging, which is why you received bottles labelled as body wash. The instructions referencing the other name are from the previous packaging.

That said, I understand this should have been made clearer at the time of purchase so there were no surprises. That’s on us.

Love the products but I ordered…

Love the products but I ordered something on January 31st and I still don’t have it. Customer service keep saying they’re on top of it but won’t provide a date for when I will actually get my items, such a shame. They shouldn’t take orders they clearly can’t fulfill.

The best thing that could happen to two teenagers

I received the body wash I bought for my two teenage sons. It’s a wonderful thing for them to be able to smell that good. The shipping was very fast, considering I live in California and you guys are shipping from Australia, all I can say is thank you very much for making this father very happy

SCAM ALERT!

Writing this review on behalf of my mother. She ordered a bundle for Christmas, product arrived promptly and in good condition. To her surprise her card was charged again the next month for a subscription that she certainly did not sign up for. After constant back and forth with an automated response system that is providing her with zero information, she has now paid 3 months for a subscription she never signed up for. The website is impossible to navigate with 80% of the links, FAQ's etc. Just turn up completely blank. She is now having to take further action and contact her bank just to stop the transactions. Incredibly disappointing regardless if you're a small Aussie business or not its a disgrace to sign people up automatically to a subscription service without their knowledge and make it absolutely impossible to cancel. Shame

Damaged product, no response

Update: I responded to the customer service email, and never got a response back. However, I did receive a replacement shampoo on 3/20. It was a surprise since I never received communication, and happy to get a replacement bottle. I updated to 3 stars, instead of 1. If Manly works on better customer service/communication, they will be great. The products are really nice and my son loves them.

I ordered the hygiene kit for my son. It includes Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Deodorant and a free gift. The products are nice. My son likes them. However, the shampoo bottle arrived damaged. The flip lid on the Shampoo bottle was broken off and product had leaked into the box. I've emailed customer service twice and sent pictures. I haven't received a response (it's been 3 weeks). It's disappointing that they haven't responded. I would have expected a response with some sort of customer recovery effort. The products are nice, and I'd be willing to order again, if they ever respond. There are too many products to choose from to have poor customer service, especially when the product arrives damaged.

The product smells lovely and is great…

The product smells lovely and is great for younger boys, however my 15 year old is finding it no longer works as well as it used to.
I probably would have continued buying it for my younger son, however the order process is painful. Items either take a very long time to arrive, subscriptions cannot be managed through the website, and a few times when our order finally arrived, it was incomplete or incorrect.

I’m genuinely sorry about the issues you experienced with the ordering process. Waiting a long time for deliveries is frustrating enough, but having orders arrive incomplete or with the wrong items is even more disappointing. When you’re expecting a full order and open the parcel to find items missing or incorrect, that’s understandably frustrating and it’s not the experience we want anyone to have.

Still waiting…

I placed an international order on January 24 and immediately received an email confirming order and payment with promise of a email containing shipping information to follow. I understand that international shipping can sometimes take longer so I was prepared to be patient. However after a full month of silence, I send an email inquiring on the expected fulfillment details. Customer service replied that the order would be escalated and that I would receive an email with details as soon as possible. That was the last I heard from them, it is now March 7th. This was meant to be a subscription, clearly that isn't a realistic expectation. Very disappointing experience.
