Thank you for sharing your feedback. After thoroughly reviewing your account, we found that you submitted your withdrawal application on January 27, 2025. In line with our standard withdrawal process, we carefully review every account’s trading history before processing any requests. As a result, our system processed your withdrawal on January 31, 2025. Since you selected USDT as your withdrawal channel, you should have received the funds immediately on that day.
