Incredibly frustrating support. We're trying to subscribe to their service, but the FBL for LaPoste isn't working. We open a ticket with Validity, they keep asking to forward mails we already forwarded to them. So I do it again and forward all the emails. Then they literally blocked my email because I sent too many (5) emails AS THEY REQUESTED.

Used service for over 2 years, They changed their business model with 3 day notice over the weekend, clearly on purpose with no compassion for the impacts their changes were made. They only want big accounts with 5 million validations monthly. Terrible, do not use them

Ordered a $20 bloody lipstain that was supposed to be in a knife shape and received a $4 orange lipstick. They stole someone's Etsy ad and used it to sell this item

They stole my designs and direct images from my Etsy store and refuse to take the listing down even after I sent a DMCA takedown. Not only are they scamers they steal from small businesses, and hurt their reputation in the process.

Same experience as Elizabeth Thorne. I was analyzing SPAM and noticed the RCVD_IN_VALIDITY_CERTIFIED RBL score of a SPAM message. It seems that Validity.com had certified a SPAMMER (or they do not do their due diligence when certifying). Next, I looked for a way to report the incident to Validity.com , but nowhere to be found. So I too think all this is on purpose. Thus the 1-star review.

Far from doing what they advertise, they are enpowering spammers. I had our work email servers fine tuned where no spam was getting through and then one did, so I looked at the scoring analysis that had been computed for it and discovered validity.com. They had certified the sender as OK and that allowed him to get through my filters. They have no way of reporting that, so I assume it's not an accident and is how they make money playing both ends against the middle. Their only email address is "sales@" and they do not answer. But I've learned that everyone should disable the RCVD_IN_VALIDITY_SAFE RBL rule in their spam filter engine.

Validity/Everest absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with 250ok/Validity.com after 15 years plus of collaboration!

Very Painful indeed, After 15 years++ collaboration with 250ok now known as Validity.com the only way they could reward me is through a non-verifiable SCammy bank transfer! Well, i have accepted this & move on but, i need to warn others faithful co-collaborator's or customers who might be depending on them on their services that the current company is no longer the 250ok you used to know! They've turn into a Monster now.

Update: please stay away from this company.
