I was skeptical at first because I hadn't purchased from them before, and the price for the product I needed was significantly better than my usual provider's. After researching online and calling them to validate the website, pricing, and terms, I felt confident enough to submit my order online. Great experience so far.

The staff at this practice were incredibly kind and supportive during one of the hardest moments we’ve had to face. From the moment we arrived, they treated both us and our dog with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. Nothing felt rushed, and they took the time to explain everything clearly while giving us the space we needed to say goodbye. Their empathy and understanding made an unbearable situation just a little easier, and we are truly grateful for the care and dignity they showed at such an emotional time. We couldn’t have asked for more supportive professionals, and we’ll always appreciate the kindness they showed our family.

Very poor customer service. I placed an order for over $100, the order was sent without any required proof of delivery and was lost. When I contacted the company, I was sent a blurry picture of someone's shoe inside of a truck. they said that was the "proof of delivery". I asked for further information since that was unacceptable and then, I was sent coordinates of the scan that was done by the delivery company. Coordinate... because apparently, I can ask Columbus for help with coordinates. Extremely poor service did not take any accountability. Will not recommend, go and order from Tractor Supply.com they actually deliver and care about their business and customers.

I ordered numbered ear tags for our cows instead of getting Numbered ones they just put our last name one they and wouldn't fix the problem they said I messed up instead of fixing it they wanted us to spend another $100 on tags to fix their mess up and their website is jumpy

Can’t even do a proper invoice, Been p a customer since 2009. Not going back. Problem with invoice and refused to fix. Done with this company. Invoiced a popular selling equine drug showing a discount of 60% off. Completely false and then refused to fix it. If I would have posted the invoice online, on social media, they would have received a deluge of inquiries asking for the discount. Slimy business practices.

Easiest purchase I have made for my goats this far. Purchase was easy,site easy to navigate too.
They verified with my vet quickly and I received my purchase alot sooner then I expected!
Will definitely shop there more often!

We have been going to valley vets for years and had many pets registered with them, mainly we have been happy with the service and treatment of our animals. Had a very bad experience recently where staff were extremely rude. Would never set foot in one of their practices again and will be registering my animals elsewhere.

If you wish to meet surly, incompetent, and downright rude people via the phone this is the hotline for you! There are plenty of other places to purchase from rather than have to deal with Valley Vet Supply, I'd suggest going there. If you don't have any interaction with them, their website build 20+ years ago that is not mobile optimized in any way, and you just want to toss dollars away with some of the worst people you'll engage with then once again - you've come to the right spot!

An absolute clown show of a company... First they make getting the Ag sales tax exemption on obnoxiously difficult and then lied about having to have an physical signature from me, when both Fleet Farm and Tractor Supply let me fill out the tax exempt form digitally....Then, after jumping through all the hoops and placing an order, they automatically changed my shipping from the free UPS Ground option I selected to Overnight Air and charged me for it without notifying me. Then they refused to make any adjustments or refunds.... I will absolutely NEVER, under ANY circumstances, ever even consider ordering from them again. I will crawl across broken glass to pay more if it means I can buy from somewhere else. Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Would give zero stars if possible.

I have bought from Valley Vet for years, but never again. My last experience cinched it. I ordered an expensive product online and paid for it, and immediately they sent me an email telling me it was back ordered but would be in the next day -This never happened; typically, there would be an asterisk next to the item not allowing you to purchase. I canceled the order, and after a week, they still hold my $$ ransom. I had to order from another company and spend twice for the same product. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS ARROGANT COMPANY

This company is great! I received the vaccines for my dogs quickly. I’m so thankful that this company exist. I do have a question. I went to vet code to get the rabies shots for my dog and they won’t acknowledge these vaccines that I got with Valley vet I was wondering, is it because of the competition in prices or is it something else? I feel that this is a legitimate company. Also, the fact that our products came in dry ice was awesome!

We took our dog after having accidents they charge those £100 because the dog wasn't registered to them if there are vets and care about animals it would not matter if the dog was registered to them for two hours work it was a whole over £1,000 the vet was quite a nasty person and took advantage because it was my daughter what took the dog into there he told her that's the dog most probably have to have its leg off we brought the dog away from them it's okay to a proper bet the dog is now doing fine with all four legs on so please be wand if your dog isn't registered with this company do not take it there these people give vets a bad name

I just received my first order from ValleyVet.com. I ordered 4 spray bottles of flea spray. I gave them specific instructions for the shipment that I typed in with my order. I said I wanted all the bottles checked that they were screwed on tight, to tape around the screw-on part, make sure they were packed well with protection, and to make sure they didn't bounce around in the box. That was a lot of requests.

They did all that plus they put bubble wrap around the screw-on part and had tons of protective wrap in the box. I got free shipping because my order was over $50. That spray didn't budge in that box. No leaking or damage. I have never been so pleased with a seller as with them. My shipment was here in a couple of days too! I can say you can trust them. I will definitely use them again.

They had the best price on Wahl KM 10 clippers so I decided to give them a try. Product is exactly what I ordered and shipment was prompt Would recommend and use again.

Great prices on medicine and vaccines. I ordered toys to get free shipping. Website is very very misleading. They show 6 toys and no where does it specify you just get one. Messaged after I received my order and was told that it stated "TOY" not "TOYS". Supposedly I should have been able to know this and put in a comment section what animal I wanted. I thought the reply was a bit rude. Might have thought they would have understood how it looks to a new customer and hopefully make changes.

Valley Vet has amazing customer service, from start to finish! I have ordered all kinds of medications for my dog and horses, as well as supplies and gear. Each time it was a superior experience, plus best prices to boot!
Recently I had an issue that arose from a shipped medication. Their staff has excellent communication and research into the situation, and made the matter right. Truly the kind of customer service and caring that hardly exists any more. They have a customer in me for life!!!

Valley vets took in a hedgehog without question and found out exactly what was wrong. The poor hedgehog didn't survive but they cleaned the plastic box, dry cleaned the covering on the hot water bottle and pink fluffy onezi and returned it. Absolutely brilliant community work and deserve 5 star recognition for their support!!! Thank You
