Max was super helpful and gave me a great tour of the property. He made the entire process quick, easy and efficient, from
putting in our offer to signing the tenancy agreement in basically a week. The most stress-free rental process I’ve ever been through. Very happy with the property and we are enjoying living here.

We have been renting with Vanquish Real Estate since 2021 in the Royal Arsenal Development and have had an excellent experience throughout. During this time, my partner and I have moved between two flats with them, upgrading from a one bedroom to a two, and the process was always smooth and well managed. The properties have always been presented well and all maintenance issues were resolved quickly and effectively.

The staff in both the lettings and property management teams have been amazing to deal with always professional, responsive and genuinely helpful at every stage. Any queries or issues were handled efficiently and we always felt supported as a tenant.

We have now moved out as we bought our own home but wanted to express that we are very grateful for the consistently high level of service we have had over all the years and would highly recommend Vanquish Real Estate to anyone looking to rent with confidence.

I bought a flat in Woolwich. The main reason for buying the flat was the park view from the window. However, estate agent did not say anything about that the park is temporary and that tall residential buildings will be built in its place, although this has certainly been known for a long time. Of course, I understand that I should have found out about the matter myself, but I would have expected that such an important matter could have been mentioned. So soon I have the flat next to a construction site and at the same time I'll loose the wonderful park scenery, which is why I bought the flat. Worst flat purchase ever!

I was impressed by Vanquish estate agents, especially Agne and Andreas. They completely understood what we are looking for and led us through the whole process smoothly and with care. They explained everything to us and managed to negotiate all our terms. I highly recommend them!

Vanquish did a great job selling our flat, even though the market was not doing so well, they managed to secure us a buyer within a short period of time from listing the property. A very big thank you goes to Federico Minichelli; for arranging the viewings and for trying to accommodate them according to our working hours, for the immediate feedback after every viewing, and for the regular follow ups. He was always reachable, he never asked us to leave the property during the viewings, gave us the space to explain fine details related to the property to the potential buyers, was in regular contact with the solicitors throughout the whole process, and was very cooperative.

Been using these folks to sell my flat, and I'm super impressed. They been attentive, seemingly had a backlog of interested buyers, and generally have been super fast and efficient.

They found a buyer literally in a day! and while we are now going through the process of all the paper work, regardless if the sale goes through or not, I'm impressed with these folks. They been super attentive, supportive and just seems on it.

All in all, I been delighted with the service I got from them. The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is due to the fact there must be some room for improvement in their advertised fees.

Agne from the agency was really helpful at all stages of renting our flat. Her communication was amazing and she kept us updated on the progress of our tenancy. They also use an app which allows you to track your referencing really easily. Would highly recommend the agency and Agne!

LANDLORDS STAY AWAY!!! They owe me rent & still ignoring my email for outstanding payment.

Vanquish rented my flat for less than a year and Have not paid me more than 3 months of rent! March-earlyJuly 2022.

I am owed over £10,000 and they still refuse to respond my emails. An absolute joke of a company! Stay Away

I will be taking this to court and will get my money back, as Pound Sterling has dropped so much since July I will consult my solicitor what action should be taken. Will keep everything updated here.

On the moving day, I got a problem about parking and the agent responded very quickly and solved the problems in several hours.

Recently rented a place through Vanquish and Agne was especially responsive. It all happened very quickly, but Agne handled my many calls with patience which was very much appreciated.

I had such a positive experience with Vanquish Real Estate and Ben in particular. From the minute I first contacted Ben, he was such a pleasure to speak with. He was always on hand to answer any questions that I had, he arranged a viewing for our property ASAP and once the landlord was happy with our offer, he ensured that we were well updated with how far along in the application process we were etc! We'd had a rubbish experience with our previous letting agents so I was pretty apprehensive about moving again but Ben put me at ease and has set the bar for how an agent should be ! I also really appreciated his colleague Jo-Anne coming all the way to our property with the keys on move in date as I couldn't pick them up due to tube delays! Next level and top tier service!
