Great management
Working as a courier has been a great experience, with management always on hand to help whenever any issues arise out on the road. Pay is always accurate and on time with never any disputes, which makes for a stress-free and reliable working environment.

I’ve had a great experience working with VANR so far. The team is supportive, communication is clear, and everything is well organised day to day.
The workload is consistent, and as long as you stay focused and manage your time properly, you can perform well and hit your targets. I’ve personally been able to deliver high parcel volumes while maintaining 100% compliance standards, which shows the system works.
Management are fair and responsive, and there’s always someone available if you need help or guidance on route.
Overall, a solid company to work with if you’re motivated, reliable, and willing to put the effort in. Would definitely recommend to other drivers looking to get into delivery work.
