I don't recommend them at all. They blocked my account mt4-7640419, 3 weeks ago and still haven't paid out my money. Avoid this company!

Very Poor Customer Service!

After over a week of trying to change my personal details on my account I’ve still gotten nowhere. They had claimed that my details I gave was incorrect which I send them clear photo proof, still today waiting for a response back from them. I advise anyone to never use this rubbish broker they don’t care about any of there customers or users only when you place your trades so they can nab there commissions.

I am writing this to warn others about my experience with Vantage. While they make it incredibly easy and fast to deposit money, getting it back out is a nightmare. I have been trying to change my bank account details for 4 months now.

I am stuck in a loop of "processing" and "verification" with no end in sight. A broker should be judged by how they handle withdrawals, and right now, Vantage is failing. It shouldn't take a quarter of a year to update basic banking information. If you value access to your funds, be very cautious.

Dreadful customer care..I had multiple unauthorised log ins on my account, emailed "support " multiple times,and had no replies whatsoever.
Avoid 😡

No option to open a spreadbet account, support by email don’t reply and live chat are useless.

Why do you make it so hard for customers to make a withdrawal

They offer a 24 hour service for customers but for any technical advice or issues regarding the system they operate expect to wait weeks if you ever get a reply at all. Terrible customer service.

I am currently trying to withdraw profits of £46K. After waiting 10 working days and numerous emails to my broker Sidney James in the London office I am still no closer to receiving my funds.
I have completed the form to close my account and have been promised I will receive my funds within 72 hours.
If not, I will be making a formal complaint to the IK regulators and make as much noise possible to warn other innocent traders about this company.
Let’s hope that in the next 3 days my funds will be in my bank account.
I will keep you posted.

Customer Support is very slow especially when dealing with withdrawals.

I’ve called and emailed no response
I just want vantage to re-do the withdrawal as my bank didn’t accept payments.

I’m giving vantage until tomorrow to resolve the withdrawal issue if not due to lack of communication I will kindly look for a new broker

Vantage is a great broker to trade with. They offer most products that traders could want, and their customer service is also decent. The only improvement would be for them to add a larger selection of futures some asset classes.

I have been trading with Vantage Markets for over a year, primarily using their FIX API for algorithmic trading. Throughout my experience, I have encountered no issues with execution, and their service has been consistently reliable. My account manager, Mr. Sidney James, has been exceptional in providing timely and professional support. Additionally, I've had no issues with withdrawals, and our interaction has always been transparent from both sides.

Always on hand to assist me if i need support. New to the platform, but very good service

Be carefull, don't invest your hard earned capital with Vantage Markets.
I've been a client for almost 2 years at Vantage Markets, and within 1 day I became a victim of their malpractice. All of my money is gone, €31.600,00 in total due to Vantage Markets breaking their contract agreements, promises and false "safety" policies.
Stay away from Vantage Markets!
