Amazing company
I have ordered through vapes direct for several years now and my recent order went wrong due to the delivery company , but unlike a lot of businesses capes direct resolved the issue and my order has now been delivered, highly recommend them.

Order
These guys take the mick. Tried calling them a few times. Emailed them regarding online order which doesn’t do through. then a guy called Terry who I believe is the owner emails back to say they aren’t taking calls. All orders are currently going through. Last time I had the same issue someone had the decency to call me back and take my order. This guy don’t care at all. He’s made his money.

We did respond to your email and explained that we are currently unable to take orders over the phone. This was not a case of ignoring your enquiry, and we certainly do care about our customers.
We generally prefer customers to place orders through the website because the encryption and security levels are significantly higher than processing payments manually over the phone, which reduces both fraud risk and liability for everyone involved.
We have checked the website and there are no wider checkout issues affecting customers generally. In most cases where payments do not complete successfully, it is usually due to card verification issues, incorrect billing details, bank security checks not being authorised through the banking app notification, or certain card types not being accepted.
Normally, Terry or another senior member of staff can sometimes assist with manual order support where appropriate. However, both were out of office this week and not due back until next week, which meant nobody was available to handle phone payment requests during that time.
We appreciate your previous custom and if you are still experiencing an issue placing the order online, please reply to the email with screenshots or details of the error message and we will gladly investigate further for you.
