Terrible company to deal with. Ordered online and recieved email confirmation of my order and then another one telling me my order had been processed. A day later I got an email telling me it had been cancelled because of "unforseen circumstances". Definitely won't be using it again.

Ordered online, days later they say they have no stock and can sub for different colour only to be then told they never existed and nothing they can do. Stores had the stock I ordered but refused to help source even after they told my money. Taken close to 10 days now and no closer to getting the goods I ordered or any suitable solution from this company. They are a scam and stay clear of them. They take your money then don’t provide you with the items ordered. Customer service were no help. Horrible experience. Stay away and support a business that care about their customers

The Riccarton Road store was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. As a previous customer of Shosha, the customer service was informative and helpful by miles… in comparison! Better quality (and cheaper) products… also in comparison!!
Stay away from Smok products, they are renowned for leakage, Vapo does not sell this brand like the competitor I mentioned earlier.
3 stars were given because both attendants failed to wear gloves when filling my pod with oil upon purchase, yes it took 2 attendants to fill it up! (Shosha also failed to use gloves in the same circumstances and I would not give them 1 star… in comparison!!!)
The return policy will need to be reviewed as thorough as the other customer review posts of the delivery issues.

I have been buying my vape products of these guys for a couple of years now and never had any issues with quality or delivery it's always been quite fast shipping to the South Island and I love that you can earn loyalty points,definitely recommend them.

Placed an order on line on Wednesday, parcel arrived the following Monday. That much for overnight delivery promise. Laughable..

Waited over a month for my delivery. No delivery, no refund, very very poor customer service.

They’ve tried to tell me it’s an incorrect address, but my correct address was entered for postage (ive ordered and had stuff successfully delivered before!). Customer care claim it’s not there fault but the postage carriers, made me fill out a claim form that’s now been rejected.

Not only has the above happened, I’ve had two defective haiz units from this company and the pods constantly leak.

I would stay well clear of this company

Great product and fast delivery.
I just ordered $100 of juice at 7:30am on a Wednesday Morning from Sydney and it was on my doorstep by 7:30am on the Thursday morning.
Keep it up fellas fantastic company to deal with.
