Varsity Base is easy to work with. They do exactly what you want. You can email questions and you get quick responses. The quality is great.

We received our jacket and it was awesome! My daughter loved it. The communication was great between us and the company. Once the item was shipped, we received it quickly. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for our other children.

I love my jacket. It is so professionally done and I get so many compliments. I customized it in many places. It was one of the best investments I made in my wardrobe.

I'm happy with the quality of the jacket and the price... however... we ordered the leather sleeves to be "off white" but they are more "tan". They are way too dark.

They were intuitive when it came to design and up front and honest when there was a delay. That type of communication is rare to find and I commend you. Additionally, the jacket is ABSOLUTELY boss. Your designers, the Wizards of 1’s and 0’s, helped create something that exceeded my expectations. Kudos to them. The quality and craftsmanship of the “letterman” jackets are second to none. It’s obvious that high quality, luxe materials were used in their creation. You nailed it. You really did. Shipping was a breeze and your pricing is very reasonable. All-in-all, standing ovation, Varsity Base. Five stars!

I honestly want to thank the Varsity Base team.

At first, I was frustrated because my custom jacket took longer than expected, and I was on a deadline before leaving the country. But after receiving it in person, I understand why it took time.

The quality, the leather, the stitching, the details, and the overall atmosphere of the jacket came out exactly the way I imagined it during the design process.

What I appreciate most is that they allowed me to create something personal instead of just selling another generic fashion piece. I spent almost a week carefully building this design, adjusting symbols, fonts, balance, and meaning — and they actually brought it to life.

The cyberpunk/minimalist aesthetic, mixed with Japanese symbolism, the wolf patches, and the overall structure of the jacket feel unique and authentic. It doesn’t feel mass-produced. It feels like a personal artifact.

Customer support was respectful throughout the process, and once everything was approved, they shipped it quickly with FedEx and provided tracking immediately.

A lot of brands today charge huge money for empty designs with no soul. This actually feels creative and personal.

I really don't want to give the company 1 star because my order for almost $400 for my son that supposed to been here before graduation was sent to another address other then the address on my order and the company only offered to reorder and resend with a $20 store credit that store doesn't sale items less then $100. Highly disappointed for my first purchase

From order to delivery VB was constantly updating me without being prompted to do so. In addition, all of my jackets were custom orders and each fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience

So, They stated their "Phone number is clearly stated on their home page"....Again with the misinformation, just plain lying!!! I have given my number to them several times with no response. They are now stating that the original jacket was a mistake on their end and I should have never received it...Really after getting 5 emails asking how I liked my jacket and if I could write a review about my experience...If a company doesn't have a phone number or physical location that can be verified DON'T PURCHASE!

Contacted varsity base by email and was told the mistake of Coloer of year would be fixed it was correct in order with details but still received the wrong color when jacket arrived

Had constant communication with someone as to what was going on when they started my project when it was mailed out
