Very easy and helpful process

Today Adelaida Alvear was amazing helping me renu my insurance policy! She got into that system and found me a great policy. I've never work with an insurance agent that was more informative and knowledgeable than Adelaide. She needs to be managing this whole process of insurance renewals. She is a great person to work with and made me feel appreciated as a customer!

I have been looking for a different insurance carrier for my 2007 Ford F-150. Someone suggested Velox auto insurance, so I gave them a call.
I was so impressed and elated to find such professional help and courtesy. My agent was patient and very personable,which is very important to me.
The rates were very affordable, and who doesn't need this nowadays? My advice? Tired of the big Insurance carriers?

THE ABSOLUTE WORST FRANCHISE EVER! They only communicate through EMAIL OR MAIL, assumed I had an extra driver in my household instead of asking and CANCELLED my policy without notice. They blamed it on the underwriting dept but still took the money! The corporate office in Marietta, Roberto, DeAgo, Nancy failed to communicate and get the policy reinstated!! I went BACK TO PROGRESSIVE and do not recommend this company to a zoo!! Negative -5

This people never answer the phone. And when they do they don’t know what there talking about. Don’t give them your card number because they’ll keep charging it.

My agent Pablo was very helpful in explaining the different policies and that helped me to decide what was right for me. I was going to bundle my homeowners with my auto insurance but because of rising insurance prices I didn’t include my home owners. I saved so much money switching company’s for my auto insurance. Pablo made the experience of switching quick and painless!

Will, my insurance handler at Velox in Gainesville GA, really helped get the proper insurance I requested, and then some. He was kind and knowledgeable, and yet to the point, and direct. In final, this was a great experience.

Mail all documents. Why does it take 30 days to enter thinformation in the Georgia system?
