Ventask, Go Work & Clan: Unpaid Training
Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Non-Payment of Professional Training Days – Accumulation of 10 Days, Same Trainer, and Brand Division (Ventask / Clan / Go Work)
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally submit a complaint against Ventask (and its respective management brands and partners, Clan and Go Work), demanding the immediate and full payment for the professional training days provided, based on the following facts:
The Accumulation of 10 Days and the Same Trainer:
The company attempts to justify its refusal to pay by claiming that the threshold required in each isolated contract was not met. This excuse is completely unacceptable:
I completed a total of 10 accumulated days of on-site training under the exact same organizational structure of Ventask (5 days for the Bankinter campaign with Clan, from June 15 to June 19, 2026, and another 5 days for the Iberdrola campaign with Go Work).
The trainer for both training programs was precisely the same person, operating under the exact same guidelines from the same parent company (Ventask).
Given that the organizational structure, the method, and the trainer were identical, and having far exceeded the internal requirement by accumulating 10 effective working days, any attempt to fragment responsibilities into separate contracts to evade payment is abusive.
Documentary Evidence (Identical Contracts):
As can be verified in the documents, the contract templates are identical, changing only the name of the intermediary brand. The root, management, and command operate under the same identity (Ventask).
Given the above, I demand an immediate review of this case and the payment of the 10 training days to which I am legally entitled.
Sincerely,
Eli Camargo
