Bayern München Tickets verkauft danach weitergeleitet mit Bestätigungsmail, dass der Empfänger die Tickets bekommen hat und SCAMAgogo sagt der Käufer hätte sie nicht bekommen. Seit 6 Monaten kein Geld.

VIAGOGO is the company which sold to me tickets for double price and finally they sent false tickets with completely invalid personal details. Football game NL vs. PL 14th of Nov 2025. Order No 627591086. They took money in advance and charged triple price for the tickets. VIAGOGO is unprofessional. Not responding to enquiries. Must be delegalized in Europe.

Überhöhte Preise, unklare Preisaufschlüsselung, versteckte Gebühren und teils ungültige Tickets.

Zudem wird der ganze Ticketmarkt damit korrumpiert und die Künstler und Veranstalter haben nichts davon - nur Viagogo profitiert.

I'm baffled that this company is even legal and the banks work with them.
They are pure scammers. I guess I am too naieve that just because you had a website with connection to payment methods, you are not breaking the law on a massive scale..

Short, we got sold a duplicated ticket and someone else claimed it. Not even gonna bother with the reclaim process because from what i read, they drag it on, this is their way of making money.

I ordered 2 tickets for the Gad Elmaleh show in Fribourg (24 May 2025, 8 PM) via Viagogo and paid CHF 221.61. The tickets were promised to arrive by 5 PM via email on the day of the event.

They never arrived. At 7:37 PM – less than 30 minutes before the show – I was told the seller could not provide the tickets. No replacement, no proper help, no support despite their so-called “guarantee”.

We were already at the venue. We paid for fuel, parking, and dinner. The only offer was a vague refund of the ticket price “within 8 days”. Are we even going to get this money back? What about all the time and money we lost?

This is unacceptable. From what I’ve read online, this isn’t a one-time error. It’s a recurring pattern. Do NOT trust Viagogo. They are unreliable and not consumer-friendly.

Beh che dire? Bagarinaggio legalizzato. Entrano nei circuiti dello stadio, paghi un importo pazzesco ed alla fine erano biglietti di 25 euro....va bene la prelazione....ma pagare 5 volte tanto è davvero tanto...mi auguro che vadano in malora...ma fino a quando ci saranno polli come noi, questi maledetti continueranno a lavorare...

Malgrado le recensioni negative posso dire ke cn me ha funzionato benissimo.
Ho ordinato due biglietti x la partita Milan Roma, sono arrivati in tempo x l'evento ed erano regolari.
Il callcenter di Ginevra, da me contattato x info, é stato subito reperibile; l'operatore molto gentile, ha saputo rispondere a tutti i miei quesiti rassicurandomi.

Unterirdisch. Ich habe meine Lektion gelernt und kann nur jeden vor diesem Dienstleister warnen. Die Tickets wurden an eine nicht mehr existente UPS Adresse geschickt und die Annahme dort verweigert. Daraufhin schrieb Viagogo mir, dass das meine Verantwortung sei und ich keine Rückerstattung bekommen würde. Kann man das glauben. Was für ein Saftladen. Kauft da bloß nicht. Gabriele

Se dovete vendere biglietti evitate Viagogo. Per un venditore c’è il rischio di rimanere senza il proprio denaro anche quando i biglietti sono correttamente trasferiti. Nel mio caso per una partita UEFA ho trasferito il biglietto, poi a poche ore dall’inizio dell’evento per motivi di sicurezza indipendenti dalla mia volontà il biglietto dell’acquirente e’ stato annullato e sostituto senza spese in un settore con le stesse caratteristiche. L’acquirente anche se ha confermato questo ha avuto il rimborso della intera somma, io non ho avuto i miei soldi, viagogo ha avuto la sua commissione e non posso chiedere rimborso all’Uefa perché il biglietto dopo il trasferimento non è più di mia proprietà e soprattutto perché ha garantito l’accesso allo stadiio. Ho avuto mille contatti con la assistenza clienti di Viagogo, ogni volta risponde una persona diversa che chiede sermpre gli stessi documenti e le stesse spiegazioni e poi alla fine dice che per loro la pratica è conclusa. Una vera vergogna. La loro policy di vendita è totalmente diversa: se il biglietto è valido e trasferito nel giusto tempo, ogni ulteriore evento non deve essere a carico del venditore che non ha nessuna responsabilità per quanto deciso dall’organizzatore dell’evento.
Attenzione, usate altre piattaforme molto più corrette. Su Ticombo ho avuto lo stesso problema ma mi hanno pagato dopo aver correttamente e profondamente analizzato la questione anche con l’acquirente.

Scam company never buy tickets for them. Paid a lot for Olivia Rodrigo concert in Zurich 3 ticket and got no tickets at all. Called customer service 2 hours waiting time can you believe that and at the end he said we can do nothing for you.
DONT USE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM VIAGOGO

Die Preise sind überspitzt. Der Kundenservice überfordert, bei genauem Nachfragen. Sehr lange Warteschlaufe bei jedem Anruf ca. 25 Min ! Bin über eine Verlinkung auf diese Homepage gekommen. Das nächste Mal genauer darauf achten. Werde es weder nochmal nutzen noch eine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen. Absolut kein Empfehlung und gute vor allem Kauferfahrung.

Bought the tickets, received and went to the concert. It's true that tickets are more expensive then in other websites. The advantage is that in my case the tickets for this event were sold out everywhere else. I was skeptical when they said that "it is common for venues, artists, and teams to release tickets closer to the event" but in the end went well. 3 stars and not 5 because I bought the tickets 6 months in advanced and received them 24 hours before the event. I think this process needs to be improved

Je regarde le plan de la salle ce sont les places les moins chères je ne sais même pas comment je verrai le concert. Je téléphone à viagogo. Incompréhensible. On me souhaite bon concert . Arnaque . Mal acquis ne profite jamais . A fuir . Des ordures

Viagogo verkauft Tickets, nicht wie im Spielplan genau gebucht und bezahlt zu stark übersetzten Preisen. So untersützt Sie den Schwarzmarkt und berechnet zusätzliche Gebühren. Das ist Täuschung ja sogar Betrug!

Viagogo hat mir Karen zum Elton John Konzert verkauft. Leider wurden diese nie geliefert. 3 Mails und 4 Anrufe bei der Hotline halfen nichts. Viagogo hatte schlicht die Karten nicht. Ich habe die Karten einem Freund geschenkt. Ich kann nur schwer sagen wir peinlich das alles ist. Ich rate die Firma Viagogo zu meiden. Nicht verlässlich. Eine große Enteuschung

Meiden ! ich habe den doppelte Preis des angeschriebenen Tickets bezahlt. Der Anbieter ist nicht erreichbar und die Hotline Warteschlange ist endlos. Kaufe kein Ticket hier !
