Kept me updated as to when my plants would arrive. The courier updated me to say they would be delayed and I was concerned as to whether it would affect the quality of them due to the current heatwave. But they arrived the next day in perfect condition. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you

I ordered a grape vine. When the vine was delivered it had been completely stripped of foliage in the box and the new growth snapped off.
I sent a quick email with a couple of pictures to them and they apologised for the state of it but said it may still shoot. Then after another week I received an email stating they had sent another one. Very good of them, unfortunately this was also damaged in transit but hopefully it will recover.

Ordered a "Phoenix" white grape from Victoriana Nursery Gardens on Thursday the 14th May.
Great communication.
Have used them in the past with very good results i.e. grapes. Last time I bought their Kentish Claret "Rondo" with excellent results.
This time did not fancy going all the way to Ashford, so ordered online. Decent website with lots of plants to choose from.
My plant was healthy when it arrived today Tuesday 19th May via DHL. Lots of communication, updates and estimated delivery date. It was well packed with care. It came in a tall cardboard box offering lots of protection.
I'm very pleased with my purchase.

It is now May 2026 and sadly the Lakemont Grape Victoriana Nursery sent me last November is showing no signs of life. It had been well packed and arrived undamaged but I fear it is a dud.

I wanted a particular , hard to obtain variety of Fuchsia called Rufus in memory of a much loved cat,
and found that Victoriana Nursery had stock. I found it easy to use the website to order , and received the plant well packaged within a couple of days via Royal Mail (courier delivery is also available ). The fuchsia was very healthy, nice and bushy. It will be planted soon , in the place where he lived for 16 years . Since ordering this item I have explored Victoriana Nursery’s website and they offer some very interesting plants and shrubs, particularly herbs and plants used for traditional healing. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Great quality plants, and excellent service. In a world of big companies it is a joy to shop at a family business. I would absolutely reccommend them.

I couldn't be happier! I made a small-ish order with a mixture of fruit trees, bushes, and a few plug plants. They were all posted out really quickly - much faster than pretty much any other place I've found selling plug plants, and they arrived fast as well with a courier that was reliable and clearly knew how to handle things properly. The plants were packaged well to survive the journey and I was honestly impressed with them - everything was healthy, robust and I could tell a lot of care had been taken to really treat the plants well during their early life before posting out.

I also really appreciate the company's website - it's really easy to see when browsing whether something is available now or can be preordered for later in the year, and the information about potential max size and growing needs of everything makes it really easy to plan out what I need for my space.

I now have the first small fruit and herb guild growing happily at home and I don't think I want to go anywhere else for the next one.

revieved onion (weeds) plants , load of rubbish , planted as instructed , all have died , postage cost was a joke , i paid for next day delivery (after dispatch) this didnt happen , customer servivces were no help , havnt got a clue what they are talking about , the lady I spoke to told me "we dont get frosts here in the UK in April " just plant the plants and watch them grow , well I planted them and watched them die , rubbish plants , crap customer services , wont be back for more

I should have read the Trust Pilot reviews before I placed the order as there seems to be a common thread in many of the reviews about poor plants and poor customer service. I ordered six rhubarb plants. The website said they would be supplied as “pot grown plants”. They were not. I received what looked like six pots of compost. One showed a mouldy looking crown on the surface. The others showed nothing. The only evidence of anything green was moss on the soil surface. I paid £28.50 and feel I have been robbed. I emailed a photograph and received a reply telling me to plant them as they would be fine, it was just that the frost had “knocked them back a little”. A little! It is my belief that the frost had killed them. I replied that under consumer rights I would like a refund. Again they wrote back telling me to plant them and report back in a month or two. I have planted them but feel I may as well have planted six £5 notes. I will report back to them in due course and in the unlikely event that I have six healthy rhubarb plants by then I will edit this review accordingly. If not I shall demand a refund and failing that will contact the credit card company. I would add that I only ordered these plants because only one of the four I bought last year survived the winter. The ones I bought last year were, however, lovely little rhubarb plants so I do not blame Victoriana for that.

I love the plants offered by this nursery. It feels like a mission for them and great quality and range.

I ordered a bay plant and am really pleased with it! It arrived in excellent condition and very healthy. I received communications from Victoriana, letting me know when my order was processed and shipped. I also really like their growing ethos. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend to others.
