For the last 2 years, Vidcruiter has been a good useful system for a recruitment process. I would still recommend the system and the excellent support it provides. However, there has been instances in recent months where the support could have been better.

The service from Emmanuel Gabuya and team has been great. I like how the platform works and Emanuel has helped me pull the reports that I need and is always open to helping me find ways to improve our experience with the platform. Our candidates have been successful using the platform as well with minimal tech issues. It' great being able to share profiles and interview notes with hiring managers, The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because i dont find the platform intuitive and can be challenging to work with. Over time I have gotten better at it but I often need help from Emmanuel because even with the support guide, I still can't figure stuff out. Emmanuel is always gracious and helpful, but the platform could be made more user friendly.

They have great customer service. They deliver what they promise with no hidden fees.

Additionally, they always come up with great new features and take your feedback if you have new ideas for their platform.
