The 2-year-old ViewSonic screen started to turn lavender and purple.
I tried to use their website to download a new driver or update it. Their website was the worst! It couldn't have been more dense and useless. It's a very cheaply managed company. Don't go there! I never will buy a ViewSonic product again. The pitiful website wouldn't recognize their model number.

Very bad company and products
Very bad company and products. Bought a beamer (viewsonic m1+) that I could use for about three times before it stopped working.
First I changed the battery for 75 euro. But because this didn't work, I asked for a repair and the estimated cost.
I got a shock when I reed the answer:
"Thank you for your message.
It is quite difficult for our technicians to provide a cost estimation before diagnosis but the expectation is that the costs would be at least 268€ exc VAT. A more precise cost can be provided after examination.
Please mind that we charge for transport and diagnose costs if the costs of repair are rejected."
This means that included the tax and the cost of shipping, the repair costs more than a brand new device, which is absurd. Especially because the battery is brand new, so it doesn't have to be changed.
Never buy products from them. Very poor quality and bad support.
Garbage product
I would give this piece of garbage a zero star but that was not available. This is by far the worst monitor screen I have ever had and regret buying this lemon. The touchscreen rarely works amongst a myriad of problems. That company clearly does not care.

J'ai acheté un vidéo projecteur PX701-4K il y a 2,5 ans chez un vendeur e-commerçant ils ne prennent en garantie que 2 ans, pourtant garantie 3 ans,bref à moi de contacter viewsonic moi même, merci topbiz....
Sont apparues des rayures horizontales sur l'image puis des points. Je les appelle, je tombe sur une femme qui me dit: allo! Des cris de bébé derrière, une vrai cacophonie, bref elle me dit de les contacter par mail... mais où suis je tombé ???
Je renvois mon appareil et puis... Plus rien.
Aucune réponse à mes mails au bout de 3 semaines, toujours pas de retour de mon appareil.
Je rappelle, une autre femme: allo!?? Pas de viewsonic bonjour!
10mn de silence puis me dire qu'ils attendaient la carte mère pour faire la réparation et que je l'aurai dans 1 ou 2 semaines...elle sait pas trop... Incroyable !!!
Jamais vu un service client aussi déficient, à croire qu'il n'y a pas de bureau où de siège de cette société en france? Aucun techniciens? On appelle des femmes chez elles, personne ne répond aux mails, ha si la phrase en bas du mail:

J’ai acheté un vidéo projecteur il y a un peu plus de 2 ans, tout allait bien. Mais après deux ans et quelques jours, des taches blanches apparaissent de partout sur l’image. Évidemment, la garantie ne fonctionne que 2 ans. Et le prix de réparation équivaut au prix d’achat.
Je déconseille cette marque.

There are exceedingly few companies who do this for customers. I hope this company gets monetized and rewarded for their integrity, and set an example for other companies that this kind of business is what keeps customers satisfied. Thank you for your help!

Umtausch Gerät immer schrott,ich habe 3 mal getauscht und dann mit dem alten Gerät am ende geblieben.Hände weg vom ViewSonic.
Im Beschreibungstext steht mehr als tatsächlich vorhanden ist, auf was alle Käufer stoßen.

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette marque, ecran incurvé acheté pour Noel .
Petite tache en haut de l'ecran qui s'est très vite transformé en grande bande noire qui traverse l'ecran.
Reponse facile du SAV :" c'est un choc, c'est de votre faute, SAV non prise en charge"
Bénéfice, comment perdre 200€ en 10 jours seulement.
Marque Viewsonic à éviter, une honte. Je regrette de ne pas avoir économiser un peu plus pour m'acheter une marque plus respectueuse de ces clients et plus attentive à la qualité de ses produits.
J'ai attendu 40 ans pour m'acheter enfin un écran gamer, je suis contraint bien malgré moi de retourner avec ma bonne vieille télé, merci Viewsonic pour ces 200€ parti en fumée en à peine 10 jours
ViewSonic are fraudsters selling...
ViewSonic are fraudsters selling inferior low end monitors. They are not even budget, they are extremely low end. Mine died after 4 days usage and they played games refusing to repair under warranty claiming that the item was bought used. It wasn't, it was bought brand new from a reputable retailer.
Dont bother with these con artists. Theyd prefer to damage the image of their brand rather than stick by actual trading laws. I would avoid at all costs and go for a more well known brand. My old monitor was a benq that lasted 12 years and still going, monitors should last for a fairly long period of time and manufacturers should be backing their product up with warranty and not wiggling their way out of it with bogus claims.
Viewsonic beamer
Heb sinds 2,5 jaar een beamer van viewsonic. Had paar weken geleden dead pixel. Heb de service gemaild kreeg netjes en snel antwoordt. En heb mijn beamer op dinsdag opgestuurd en had hem op vrijdag weer terug. Onder garantie gerepareerd. Dus heel blij mee.
Zouden heel veel bedrijven een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen.

Edit: auch wenn der Support keine wirkliche Hilfe war und der Fehler stets bei meiner Verschalung gesucht wurde - das Gerät an sich ist super.
Mein Problem hat sich am Ende "von alleine" gelöst. Irgendwann kam ohne Ankündigung ein Software-Update und der Trigger lief dann wie erwartet. MEine Anfrage beim Support wurde jedoch auch danach nicht beantwortet.

Absolut unfähiger Kundenservice.
Ich habe den X100-4K und an den Triggerausgang eine Leinwand angeschlossen, die beim einschalten des Beamers automatisch aus- und beim ausschalten automatisch einfahren soll. Jedoch bekommt die Leinwand nur ein kurzes Signal, wenn der Beamer angeschaltet wird. Beim Ausschalten passiert nix. (Um den Fehler an der Leinwand auszuschließen, habe ich ein zusätzliche Trigger-Steckdose eines anderen Herstellers gekauft. Auch diese Reagiert nur auf das Einschalten.

Auf Anfrage beim Support, wie sich der 12V-Triggerausgnag beim ein- und ausschalten verhalten soll, gab es immer nur Antworten die kaum auf die gestellte Frage eingegangen sind. Jetzt Wechsel ich seit knapp zwei Monaten Emails mit dem Support und meine ursprüngliche Frage ist quasi noch unbeantwortet. Auf die Idee, dass ein Defekt oder Softwarebug vorhanden ist, kommt keiner. Eine Reparatur oder Ersatzgerät (Garantiezeit) wird nicht vorgeschlagen.
Das Gerät an sich liefert ein gutes Bild und ist auch leise. Ohne das geschilderte Problem, wäre ich mehr als zufrieden mit dem Gerät. (Außer, dass der Beamer keine HDMI ARC unterstützt, was bei dieser Preisklasse nicht nachvollziehbar ist, aber das kann man beim Kauf sehen, da es nicht mit angegeben wird.)

Absolut unfähiger Service. Ich habe einen Viewsonic X1-4K Beamer 2 mal eingesendet, da das Smartsystem (Hauptmenü) des Beamers nicht angezeigt wird. Beim ersten mal war das Gerät 4 Wochen lang weg, beim 2. mal 3 Wochen. Beide Male wurde der Fehler nicht behoben und das Gerät unverändert zurück gesendet. So einen schlechte Service habe ich bisher noch nirgendwo erlebt. RMA: MAST231017620R

My VX2758 2K Monitor had a display an issue after 2.5 years but this was upgraded to a new VX-2728 2K monitor under warranty. The service was first class and I will continue to buy monitors from Viewsonic. Their service was one of the best I have been through.

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette marque. J'ai acheté deux écrans PC. Un VX3211-4K-MHD. Le premier est arrivée avec la dalle défectueuse suite à un choc en sortie d'usine. Cristaux liquide totalement noir. Retour chez le vendeur, le deuxième vient de tomber en panne 2 ans et 3 mois après. Hors garantie évidemment. Il ne servait pourtant pas très souvent, entre 5 et 6 heures par mois, grand max. Le deuxième un modèle VX3276-MHD-2, pareil, sert très rarement et pourtant la dalle se déforme. Bref, plus jamais je n'achèterai des produits de cette marque. Je déconseille fortement, ne mérite pas plus d'une étoile et encore, à bon entendeur !

I bought a VX2252MH monitor on Amazon in 2020. Its never given me a really sharp picture quality and always felt it was a little off especially with text. I tried adjusting settings, and I always use HDMI input. I even tried different cables. I have noticed that the screen has worse areas of blurriness then others which makes me think this is a panel issues. Viewsonic never felt compelled to address my issue when I contacted their support. Only to offer to inspect it if I paid to send it to them. I should have returned it to Amazon within my return time rather then waste time contacting support. I bought the monitor specifically for the built in speakers which were another big disappointment as they sounded very weak and hollow. Maybe Viewsonic makes better quality at the higher tier models, I thought that their lower tier models and support was lacking. I have purchased a couple other FHD monitors that were IPS and not TN screens like the VX2252MH which provided a much sharper image for around the same price. Maybe Viewsonic should have skipped the speakers which were bad anyway and used a better quality screen.
Worst aftercare ever !!! Never again
I bought an x10 projector and something went wrong with it, I send for repairs with everything that was supplied including the original box, it was delayed more than 2 month, they agreed to send another one BUT without a power cable and my remote!! So my business now is on standby because of their poor customer service who makes false promises!!!!

viewsonic product is very worst . I brought a monitor recently arround 3 month ago this monitor come in 3 year brand warrenty but the service is much more worst i did not hear it . Usually when a monitor defected then their engineer visit customer place and diagonose the problem and solve and go out thats solve . But view sonic have a new idea when a product is defected then the engineer is come to and not diagonose only chek why the problem has done its customer fault they told . after all cheking he goes away with the defective monitor and till now no solution alrady 11 days to go and they mail me we order the part from taiwan and its take 7 day or . I can not understand why they open the service center if all amount of part are everytime bring from taiwan i think this company goes to taiwan and sell their worst product in taiwan only . worst ever product i am also going to lost my job how manny day a company give me leave . that why after buy a new product after 3 moth its have disput . i brought another monitor today and also go to my one month salary also because i have to save my job as i work in from my home i have no another choise i have call them manny time and many mail also they said sir the part is come from taiwan its take time my company can hear this word they did not understand . The customer service representatives in…
The customer service representatives in India need training they just don't know how to talk to the customer. They make the customer repeat the seriel number 3-4 times and then shout back at the customer. The worst part is my concern was a really small thing, bought a new monitor filled up the form for extended warranty for 5yrs. Keep in mind I didn't get any mail for 7days n had to call customer and send another email to get one reply. Anyways the agent I spoke to earlier shouted on the phone n hung up the phone saying we already sent an email! Guess what was on the email a screen shot of an incomplete form with no to a few details at least. This experience was really bad over the phone, i can only imagine how rude they would be when u contact them for warranty or service post warranty. Customer service representatives cannot be rude or shout at their customers nor they should ever hang up on a customer!
Worst ever technical customer service
I bought PX748 projector and had issues in connecting Dolby Atmos soundbar. I reached out customer care and created a support ticket. Now after 8 days I am getting a response back that the technical team could not provide any response to this ticket. You read it right... it's not 8 minutes or 8 hours but 8 days!
