The ease of use to place an order is great. Sent an email to customer service, and the turn around time was prompt. The Fragrances were packed nicely, no leaking of any. The rechargeable room fragrance is the best, I love I can move it around the home without having to deal with an outlet or charger.

The last scent I purchased from you…
The last scent I purchased from you that was supposed to be the Aria scent does not smell at all like the Aria hotel scent. It smells really bad. Its musky sweet and I cannot stand the smell.
