Very Happy
It was the first time I have ever ordered a bottle of wine on line. I was very happy with the standard of delivery and the Christmas gift box I had bought to put the bottle of wine in, as a gift for my colleague at work.
I look forward to hear how he liked his bottle of Jordan red wine.

Excellent customer service
This started off as a dreadful review. The original parcel was put beside a rubbish chute and it was taken.
When the company found out, they replaced it and it arrived in time for Christmas.
It’s not often that you come across service like this. I will use the company again

So many companies ignore requests or just don't bother read them so it is a refreshing change to come across a company that cares about their customers.
I will definitely be ordering from again in the future.
Many thanks
