Extremely disappointing and concerning experience.

After placing an order, I made multiple attempts to contact this company via email and Messenger to cancel and request a refund, but was completely ignored.

This level of non-response and lack of transparency is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how this business operates.

I have now reported this to Action Fraud in the UK.

I strongly warn others to think twice before ordering from this website.

Order never came, never answered emails, requested a refund and scam claim through my bank as the company themselves never replied

The delivery is taking ages, and the company isn’t responding in a timely manner. The shipment is coming from China, so it’s basically a dropshipping setup rather than a proper company. I’m still waiting for my order, but I have a strong feeling it might be a scam or that the products are low-quality Chinese goods.

Horrible quality of dresses. When you ask to return and get refund they try to avoid it at all costs. The suggest to send you something else of the same price, I've suggested almost 6 items and every time it's the same reply that it's out of stock when in the website it shows they have it. Fooling and scamming people around. Sincerely, do not give a penny to them, it'll be a waste.

Please don't buy from this website. Beside they are sending different dress than picture. Different material and everything, the sizes don't match and so on.
They gave you refund only 40% and keep the dress. Or choose another dress and keep also the one you have.
And trust me I chose so many and they said out of stock for every and each one. A big headache!!!

U raadt het al: de beloofde refund is tot op heden niet gekomen. Een grote oplichtersclub, niet bestellen hier dus.

Ordered a dress, waited a week for the shipping confirmation. When I contacted them they informed me that the dress is out of stock. I asked for money back several times. They take very long to respond and pushing to get another dress or wait until the dress is in stock. While I explain I need it for my birthday in a week!

Hey guys, I just purchased from this company after seeing their ads on Instagram and paid alot of money for the items plus extra for shipping.
After seeing the last few reviews I'm a little scared now. I gave them 4 stars as so far everything has been a good experience and I hope the items are in great quality but I will keep you guys informed with an update once I receive them.
