More issue with Virgin - avoid:

Without exception, we’ve lost both TV and Broadband : this is almost a fortnightly issue: a very unreliable service from Virgin: but do they care…….nope: because you can’t claim compensation unless you’ve with either for 2 days: this is American venture capitalist for you and they get your money every month !

Modern day scam

The worst service provuders of everything.. when you blink they lower your broadband speed but triple your bill. I was last paying £70 pm for 100mbps broadband and they asked me to pay £1000 to exit their contract. Absolute scammers

Virgin hates loyal customers

When set up Virgin Media Broadband is fast and reliable. The equipment is easy to self install. The staff are lovely.

The only problem is Virgin as a company really hates its customers, and by hate I mean genuinely despises their customers. The more loyal you are to this company the more Virgin screws you with opaque pricing, above inflation contract increases and genuinely confusing additions such as Netflix.

At its heart Virgin is a dishonest company that maintains a client base through monopolistic powers.
