Been hiring from VI Rental for about a year now and I am very happy with the customer service, the quality of the equipment, and their accommodation. Peter May, our account manager has never failed to pull thorough with unique and last-minute requests and has always been able to work with our budget, not to mention the friendly and personalized service we get every time we contact them. They have helped countless times with our technical questions and that's why I've never needed to go elsewhere. Would highly recommend VI Rental, my only hope is that they open more bases across the country for less local shoots (like Manchester/Birmingham)!

I've been using Visual Impact for about 30 years and have always been very happy with their genuine and professional approach. Whether for broadcast or corporate requirements, they're not just box shifters, but people who really know their business.

I made a purchase through the web store but after contacting their customer services to confirm the order had gone through I was pleased to be contacted back by someone in their Sales team.
They took the time to discuss my project and as a result I opened an account and ordered some supporting items!

I had spoke to over 20 different camera sales companies over the last 3 weeks looking for a Sony Fx3, They are pretty much sold out everywhere in the UK, so when I called Visual Impact I didn’t have much hope! However Nic went above and beyond to secure me one and deliver it to me within 20 hours! Incredible service, super friendly and helpful and very quick delivery. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for sure!

Bought a sound bag and paid for it, they did not have it in stock and then said it was no longer available. This was their mistake (obviously) and then they refused to provide me with the replacement at the same price even though it was their mistake. They then threw some Terms and Conditions as a defence. I hate it when retailers sell stock they don't have, and/or list items that they cannot get, and then do not honour the sale. Bad Business.
