I use to be so embarrassed before finding youthful brain because was forgetting my grandkids name. I was forgetting if I had taken my medication. I felt things were getting so bad. Until i found youthful brain and I'm so glad I did!

My grandfather was having a hard time hearing and I purchased this product for him during the holidays and I can't tell you how much it's improved his memory. I decided to buy myself a 6 month supply! Best product for memory hands down.

I had a review of the above product by the pharmacy person who advised I stop using it. An ingredient could cause a reaction with a medication I take. [ serotonin syndrome ] I phoned Vitality Now to acquire a refund and was advised the 180 days expired 4 days ago, so there would be NO refund. I also take another Vitality Now supplement: Youthful Greens Plus which I was also advised to stop, also no refund. Regards Harold Evans

I was charged twice on the same day for product I didn't order. I started putting in my payment info & backed out of the order but, that was enough for them to charge me over $315.00 for product & didn't order & didn't receive. They are scammers & thieves. I should have known better. Hope c.card company can help me reverse the charges. Don't order from them.

Capsules are so large that they are either unable to be swallowed or get stuck in your throat.

These products are a hoax. Do not buy the.Youthful Brain product. It does not work for both my wife and myself. If two people from the same household see NO effect whatsoever, you know it's not well researched at all.

This company does not deserve one star. My husband ordered one bottle as advertised and his CC WAS CHARGED 777.56. I called customer service when we received the box, unopened, and explained that we wanted to return. The rep said just drop it off and use the same tracking number on the box. I took a pic of the label and dropped it off on June 5th and the package has not been returned. I have contacted USPS, the post office and this company a total of about 10 times, finally emailed a complaint to be informed that I need to keep checking with USPS. They have no tracking for this package, which seems like I was misinformed as to how it should be returned. We’re out 777.56. They will not honor their mistake and misinformation. I will continue to try to resolve this issue. Oh well, they have the money, right!

STAY AWAY FROM VITALITY NOW. Vitality Now charged my CC 315.12 plus 222.01 (total of $537.33) and did not send me my order. I called them many times...no return phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM VITALITY NOW.

I’ve just stopped someone from ordering a vitality now product “youthful brain” because I run anything of this nature of selling through trustpilot and shown her the reviews, the enlightening reviews shocked her, I would suggest that the one glowing review should be treated with extreme caution. Trustpilot has today gained another follower. I do wonder why some unfortunate scam victims only look at trustpilot after they have been caught, anyway thanks to almost all of the reviewers for their comments in this case.

This company sounds pretty nice when you first start to order, but the reality is as they claim, that they are giving you a "real good deal" on a product they could run out of any day. They do not give you an opportunity to talk with a different representative. I called their toll free number 800 599 0746. Do not believe them when they tell you that there is a 180 day money back guarantee. I succeeded, (maybe if she was being truthful with me) in getting a reversal on my charges. This call was recorded on my computer. My bank is still filing a dispute. My recommendation is, DO NOT ODER from this Company. I believe this company operates on the fringes of fraud!. As soon as you ok each order they progressively debit each order and then they take you one step higher on their ladder of deceit. They don't wait until you have ordered all they want to sell you. They do it in stages. If they did 4 stages in one, it's plausible that they would get a rejection. Smaller orders prove to be the way they go, assuring them that a half loaf of bread is better than no bread at all. Cheers. And I warned you!

Ordered a free sample bottle of tablets from The Healthy Back Institute" with postage only payable.
Nothing received but "Vitality Now", who I believe are associated, sent me six bottles of "brain supplements" and charged my credit card ~$500. Both companies are scammers!

You want me to be honest, helpful and constructive when this company is anything but! They convinced me that their product would work so I even ordered the 2nd 6 at a reduced price. It didn't work and neither did they honor their guarantee. They are very deceptive and dishonest. Yes, it is a sham company only trying to earn money for themselves.

I too was under the impression that we had a full 6 months to try the product. I contacted them via email 4 days prior to the 6 month period from the shipping date. I did assume that we had 180 days not including the shipping date, but because I didn't include some of the information that they say they required, they still denied my refund. To top it off, the product didn't work at all, in my opinion this company seems to be a sham and I wouldn't recommend that anyone waste their money on a product that doesn't work, but also on a guarantee that is deceptive. I too would be willing to change my review if they would just honor their word.

I give one star mainly because of the following. I purchased several bottles of their "Youthful Brain" in July. I have been taking it every day for their "Full 180 day trial period" they offer. They say we can have a money back guarantee within those 180 days. I made the mistake of assuming the 180 days were counted from the day I received it. But no. They count it from the order date, till the day the unused bottles are received back in their warehouse. It doesn't matter what I say, they "understand" but cannot change their policy. Please beware. Firstly the supplement did not work for me. Secondly and most important, they created a deceptive return policy. If they try to work with me, I will increase the rating.

The longest short video of nothing I've ever heard.

No experiences with their product but this claims sound much like all the others ........ Work great but probably don't!
I have suffered with cognitive loss.throat phlegm,poor balance and poor hearing and seeking a cause/ cure for months. Desperate for a cure, i have bought numerous products which have had amazing stories but ended up just being a story and no help!

Another of the infuriating 'short videos' advertising a 'miracle cure'. This one is about 40 minutes long, probably the longest I've seen. It's the usual formulaic nonsense, although this one makes a unique claim. They say the reason pharmaceutical companies keep quiet about the product is because they can't make any money from selling it!??! But vitality-now somehow can???
Anyway, I'll be buying some RediMind which is top of an independent review of Top Brain Supplements. Unlike Youthful Brain it has been tested with a Placebo-Controlled Clinical Trial.
