I have decided to write this review as this experience was in such a contrast to my last experience with the Vidalux 1 person infrared sauna from Steam and Shower co... that I wanted to write a good review for once.
It started with delivery, the driver delivered the box all the way into the house. No nonsense about curb side delivery only. He simply wheeled it into the house so I could unpack it inside and move to the flat.
The sauna arrived in one box, neatly packed like it was from Dyson. You can tell it was made by professionals, someone who cares about the way the product looks, feels and functions. Everything fits, the glass door closes nicely, the wooden door frame has a fleece insulation so it closes silently. There is a magnet to hold the door in place. The dust cover sits perfectly on top of the sauna, it has wholes in there for ventilation, cables etc. but nothing is sticking out or above. The temperature reached the max 65C in 20 min. The sauna looks great in our bathroom... I love it!
Plus forget the non sense about the combination of near and far-infrared panels. All you need is the far-infrared panels, the near-infrared panels are too hot on the skin!

Betrug. Die Schnecke beim Entsafter war nach kürzester Zeit , innerhalb der Garantie abgenutzt. Der Vakuummixer öffnet sich beim Mixen und wir haben Verbrennungen erlitten. Der Kundenservice antwortet nicht. Die lebenslange Haltbarkeit ist eine Farce.

I ordered a mini oven since my small oven had broken down and with a daughter with disabilities found a smaller oven for her meals very useful.Delivery was excellent-very prompt and great packaging. However on opening the oven it had an Australian plug on it. I tried to contact the company by phone and email without success on a Friday. I read some bad reviews so was a little concerned. On the Monday I had a response via the live chat and by email. Tracy from vitality was extremely helpful and friendly with an apology and explanation. After a short exchange we decided that the best thing to do would be to return the oven and exchange. Tracy ordered for collection and labels for the courier to put on and at the same time sent a replacement so I received it the next day. I have just made a fruit crumble and can thoroughly recommend it as a small oven. So:great product, extremely good customer service and would recommend you email or live chat not telephone. I rate companies by how they deal with mistakes as well as when everything is good.Vitality-keep Tracy happy as she is a valuable service provider!

Extracteur de jus et des hydrateur commandés le 1er oct 2021.Annoncés disponibles sur le site et livrables le 7 ou 8 octobre. Rien à la date indiquée et service clients totalement injoignable au tel. Nous sommes le 18,toujours rien et un mail confus du sce clients contacté par mail parlant d'1 livraison en fin de mois car les articles sont rupture de stock. Ces pratiques sont malhonnêtes j'aurai commandé ailleurs s'ils avaient annoncé ce délai d'1 mois minimum. Fuyez cette société pas fiable.

Fantastic Customer Service when I had a problem with my 10+ year old juicer. All repaired and upgraded under guarantee and returned within days- nothing was too much. VERY impressed but then I've always found Vitality4Life the best in their field as they really do care. Thank you again!

I bought a KingSmith treadmill that got some damage in the first month which was not my responsibility (cause: an error in the information placed in the manual resulted in a missed cause which formed some damage); they honoured the warranty and sent out a brand-new one promptly upon receiving the damaged item, as well as paid for the collection of the item.

Tuffnells, their courier, provides inbound tracking so I was able to know my driver and my delivery date. Sending it back was difficult since I didn't get tracking access (because I didn't order the collection) and the item took extra time beyond their four working days, so this delayed things but Tracy assisted in locating the parcel once I prompted her of its delay (hearing nothing from Tracy made me do so), and although it was described as 'on hold' by Tuffnells this confirmed to her I'd sent it and she ordered the replacement that hour which came 2 working days later. The Tuffnells was a kind bloke with who I enjoyed interacting.

Tracy Veenendaal, as mentioned (the UK customer service manager), throughout the whole experience would be responsive to her emails, always replying within 24 hours and often within 3 [with a professional and kind tone].

I bought a replacement front end for a juicer, the part broke within a few weeks after normal use and I requested a refund as unfit for purpose, the original part lasted 10 years.

I heard nothing, phoned (no answer left message), emailed explaining I expected a response by end of week, they replied confirming that I had bought the part from them and asking for more details (I had already sent these but in the interests of resolving the matter I sent everything again). Nothing.

I will arrange a refund through my credit card company.

The same part is available on amazon, they handle refunds and returns professionally, avoid this company at all costs.

This is a scam company. I ordered a juicer on 22nd February and never received it. They eventually offered a refund, but it hasn't arrived either. I will be informing Barclays bank about it so that the company is put on a black list.

Ce vendeur est à fuir!!!! Après plusieurs mois d'attente parce que mon mixeur biochef est défectueux depuis le début.... J'attends patiemment (un coup, les comptes ne sont plus accessibles, un coup c'est à cause du brexit ok passons) et là, on me dit que je peux recevoir mon bordereau de retour pour renvoyer le produit et devinez quoi ?!!! J'ai juste 25 euros de frais de retour à payer. On dirait une vieille arnaque C'est HONTEUX!!!

My blender arrived after one month, completely broken
, they do not answer to your mail so I had to claim a refund with PayPal. No answer from them in one week! Really bad!!!! Still waiting for an answer!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Please, spare yourself a lot of worry and stress and expensive phone calls to their premium rate number and don't buy from them. After purchasing an expensive item I found it to be faulty, and it took weeks to try to get the item returned and a refund given with no replies to my emails. I never usually write reviews but don't want anyone else to go through such a terrible experience.

Do not buy from Vitality4life.

I was charged for a premium rate number whenever I needed to speak to someone, I quickly reached my mobile spending cap.

The colour I paid for was subsequently out of stock.

I was repeatedly given false delivery information, the juicer took over 8 days to arrive.

The juicer finally arrived with a European plug rendering it unusable.

I was offered a refund, or an “upgrade” to a substandard product. To be honest I’d had enough. I would have accepted a discount or some gesture of goodwill but nothing tangible was offered.

Just spend some extra cash and buy from ukjuicers instead. Better products. Better people.

Placed the order. They confirmed delivery and it arrived on the date they said

We purchased a treadmill paying over £1000. The treadmill is not the issue the issue is the Company, Vitality4life. A simple question about warranty resulted in numerous unanswered phone calls and numerous unanswered emails! After weeks of no replies I finally got a 1 line response from the UK Manager that didn't answer my question or help in any way. After the dismissive response I tried again contacting them ............Nothing.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will NEVER buy anything from them again!

J'ai commandé un extracteur de jus Atlas, je l'ai reçu rapidement. Le problème est que j'ai reçu un extracteur avec une prise anglaise... Et à 209€ ça m'embête de devoir acheter une prise. Comment pouvez vous m'aider ?

horrible experience: bought an expensive blender that did not perform as expected, tried to contact customer service both via phone, chat and email, they never reply. Stay away from this website, do not purchase anything from them.

I ordered an undersink water filter. Vitality4life sent the wrong filter (worth more than the one I had paid for) so I let them know. They asked me to return the incorrect one which I did the same day. DHL are having trouble with deliveries. I have phoned Vitality4life to ask if the correct one is being sent to me. I am told they cannot send the correct one until they receive the one I have sent back!! This was their error not mine but I am paying. I have not had hot water in my kitchen as a result since 27th November and have no idea when the filter will arrive so I can have hot water again. Not pleased and am looking elsewhere to purchase this filter so that I can tell Vitatlity4life not to bother and just give me a refund.

Entière satisfaction tant au niveau de l’accueil, de la qualité des services et du service après vente proposés. Je conseille vraiment ce site, car à chaque problème, le service après vente a résolu celui-ci et ce 10 après l'achat de mon appareil.
