The products we sell and ship comes from our own warehouse and are not available by shops on Alibaba, AliExpress, eBay, or Amazon. We ship for free to 100 countries and we don't have any minimum purchase amounts for free shipping. We ship products from our warehouse in Asia. La tienda es muy buena solo deben mejorar ciertos aspectos
He realizado 2 compras en la tienda y me ha parecido muy bien, solo una pequeña observación para mejorar la experiencia del cliente:
1. Se demoran demasiado en contestar y el chat de la página está sin agentes.
2. Aveces tardan mucho en realizar los envíos. Hice una compra ésta semana exactamente el 27 de abril 2025 y hasta la fecha no hay ningún movimiento.
Como recomendación, sería bueno que también tengan en la página un apartado adicional y/o cuando llega el correo de confirmación indicar el tiempo en que se demoran en despachar una orden a partir de la compra. Adicionalmente para que el cliente que sea nuevo o sea uno reciente tenga un poco más de claridad, no se desespere y tampoco desconfíe de la veracidad de la tienda. De resto la calidad y la línea de productos y el inventario que manejan son excelentes.

El procesamiento suele tardar 24 horas, pero obtener el número de seguimiento final del transportista suele tardar varios días. Veo que su pedido solo tiene un número de seguimiento temporal. Una de las razones del retraso actual es el feriado del Día del Trabajo en China, que dura hasta el 5 de mayo.

Great packaging. Products came with a certificate of purity. It took one month for delivery to Greece.

Good costumer service. It took a bit for them to respond but they did and are helpful. Product arrived even if it took a while from Eur to Canada and good quality.

Excellent Supplier
As a regular buyer I can confirm that their products are excellent and always come with a COA. Mia is very nice, on several occasions she managed to find for me some rarer TCM extracts that were not listed on VitaMondo's website, many thanks again :)

I will change this review if I get satisfaction from the company. I wrote to them day before yesterday about this issue, but no reply!
I purchased 2 items which were shipped under a SINGLE tracking # SYRM144246948. I assumed the 2 under the same track # were shipped in one package. THEY WERE NOT. Instead I received only 1 item shipped in 1 package under that tracking #, and have not received the other. The missing item is 1 kg L-Ergothioneine. My post office knows nothing about this other package, if indeed one was sent. I REALLY WANTED THIS ITEM AND SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON IT. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT. Your tracking site says this order was fulfilled in total. IT HAS NOT BEEN FULFILLED. PLEASE HELP.
12/30/23: I HAVE RECEIVED SATISFACTION. MY PARCEL IS IN THE POST OFFICE IN MY STATE, AND WILL LIKELY BE DELIVERED IN A COUPLE DAYS. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE 3RD PACKAGE'S TRACKING # WAS NOT ENTERED CORRECTLY. I AM HAPPY NOW!

Don’t worry! The ergothioneine was sent in a separate parcel at the same time with the tracking number SYRM144268293, so it is on the way to you. The parcel has arrived at the WEST FARGO NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER of USPS. Our apologies for having sent you the same tracking number for this as for another parcel.
Unfortunately shipping companies limit parcel sizes and the maximal weight that we can ship is usually 1 kg / 35.3oz and they often arrive a slightly different times.
Ps. We appreciate if you can just update the stars after you've received the last parcel.

I ordered coffee ☕ berry fruit powder, thinking it was coming Hawaii, Brazil, South America or Africa, instead I find out afterwards, this powder is from China 🇨🇳 I didn't know China produces coffee and I certainly wouldn't order any food items from China, since China doesn't have an ISO standard for food safety and integrity. I have been frustrated at the slow 🐌 pace of VitaMondo Support responses 😑 and have been disappointed at the lack of clarity on itemized products and their origin, this is deceptive sales marketing on behalf of VitaMondo Inc, I will never order from them again...👎

We are sorry you do not trust products from China! Even if we are a European company, we do state on the first page that we carry Asian superfoods, and in addition on the shipping & delivery page, on FAQ page, etc. We strive to be clear that we ship from Asia, including China. China is a large manufacturer of coffee and grows over 100,000 tons annually. We do not approve of any deceptive marketing and would be happy to address it in case there are any misleading statements.
We responded to the multiple messages you had before and after you ordered. As we explained, Yahoo have quite poor spam filters, so we recommend checking the spam folder and/or using other email addresses.
ISO is an international standard and essentially all manufacturers we use are certified an ISO standard. What is important here is that coffee beans are certified as organic (in USA and EU) for the shells raw material to be of great quality.
NOTE! We only use shells that we purchase from a certified organic coffee bean plantation. The shells are then used to produce our water-extracted red coffee berry shell extract. Conventionally grown coffee plantations tend to use a lot of pesticides so we don't recommend that people purchase shell extracts that made from common conventional coffee beans.

There was an issue with delivery with two items of my order caused needlessly it seems by the import authorities , vitamondo resolved the problem immediately and proficiently

Order cancellation: prompt service and no fuss
Their customer service is good and honest. I ordered something by mistake and had to cancel my order. They responded to my request promptly and gave me the refund I requested without fuss.
