Breach to Provide network service and trying to get paid for it

This company sold a 5G Data service contract to me. I continued to fullfil my obligation as agreed in the terms of the contract.
Several months after, their service become very, I contacted their customer service , who confirmed that they are working on their system within my post code, and as result; the cause of the poor network.
Vodacome continued to take money from me, even they could not provide the service for which that contract depended upon.

This continued for more than 3 months, and I have been using another network provider to support my needs while paying Vodacom UK £33 for poor service.

When they could not resolve my problem after several recorde call conversations and emails, I had to inform them that I cannot continue with that contract as the condition upon which the contracted depended upon could not be satisfied, Vodacom insisted that I must pay them termination fee of over £200, knowing fully well that it is their fault and that I should be compensated for paying for thise months that they were not able to provide the agreed services.

After some years, they sending me letter via debt collection company to pay £449 as debt.

Vodacom, I will not pay this as you have affirmed that you are not what You claim that You are.

"A contract can only be valid if the expected service are provided within the period in view."

Amazing Customer Service from Umaima

I was really confused with which package to get that would suit me but Umaima was super helpful!! She helped find one that was perfect for me and was super lovely to speak to and really helpful! She was so nice definitely speak to her if you need help

We joined Vodafone on a Broadband…

We joined Vodafone on a Broadband Tariff of £18 a Month. They jacked this up, without our consent to £50
a Month. We found out from our Bank Statements. They are Charging us £26.50 a Month for a SIM CARD.Also with out our Consent. Vodefone are Corporate Thieves.

Hotel California with Vodafone

I have been dealing with an ongoing problem with Vodafone since 8/8/2026. I have an ill defined technical problem which can seemingly never be finalised but yet it's also not at all clear even what it is. I am trapped in Vodafone, I am not in contract I have already switched to Sky and don't even use their service but I am still being billed. I am routinely told things that aren't true, I am often told I'll get call backs which don't happen. I have to constantly spend hours of my time chasing to get this resolved whilst I continue to be billed and given no service. I am told at the end of this process when it's resolved I can then try and get a refund for the period after their service to me has stopped. So I have to spend hours trying to get this resolved and there is no responsibility within the Vodafone system to take responsibility for what is their technical problems. Instead the burden and expense is placed all on me.

TOBi their bot for quick answers- it a joke!

Got connected to TOBi their bot. All I wanted to know when to purchase a roaming pass and cost of buying extra data in Spain. It took me through a whole ding-ding, didn’t get to the answer. Asked to put through to agent. Same old ding ding about numbers & personal details- only to tell me he is putting through to another team! So the new person starts and wants to do all the ding ding I just done twice earlier! I am now on chat for over 35mins- so much for the bot giving quick time saving answers! Didn’t get an answer even after reading all of the chat!!I am leaving vodafone after nearly 15yrs
