I would like to express my sincere thanks for the truly professional service I received today. The salesperson, Nicole, was friendly and welcoming throughout, and showed great patience, reliability, and understanding. I genuinely felt like a valued customer.
Nicole made everything simple and easy to understand. She patiently explained all the available options and helped me complete the contract, as everything suited my needs.
As a person with a disability who has mobility and concentration difficulties, I especially appreciated how straightforward and accessible the whole process felt. The atmosphere in the store was almost like being at home.
I highly recommend this store for its professionalism, friendliness, and reliable service. Thank you very much.

Excellent service from Alex
I’d like to give a huge thank you to Alex at the Vodafone shop in the Bon Accord Centre, who helped my wife today with what was a particularly stressful and complicated situation. Her phone and several bank cards had been stolen while she was abroad, so getting everything sorted was far from straightforward.
Alex was absolutely fantastic throughout. He was helpful, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to understand the situation and guide my wife through everything calmly and efficiently.
His customer service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to help at a time when my wife was understandably stressed. Alex is a real credit to Vodafone, and I hope his efforts are recognised.
Excellent service from start to finish - thank you, Alex!
