Callum was super helpful easier than calling.
Callum was super helpful made the whole experience smooth and easy, I upgraded my phone and ended up paying less !I usually upgrade over the phone but would come and see Callum again next time thanks again !

The Aylesbury store very helpful
Callum in the Aylesbury store was very affable, knowledgeable and above all patient. Although part his job is to sell, he was not pushy gave me a number of options to choose from.
It was a pleasure not having an in my face sell a product come what may person.
He listened and tailored the product to my needs and budget, a pleasure going to the store. A six star service.

Arjun was very helpful, welcoming and informative. He ran me through all the different bits of information and let me choose at my own pace. He helped me with the choice of colour and let me have time to make my choice.
He made sure I had all the information and was happy with it all and even let me me know what a valued customer I was as I have been with Vodafone for a very long time. I am very happy with my plan.

I recently had the pleasure (and…
I recently had the pleasure (and relief) of visiting the Vodafone store in Aylesbury, and I feel compelled to write about the experience, particularly the help I received from one of the sales advisors, Arjun.
As an older lady who didn’t grow up with all this modern technology, I often find mobile phones, apps, and contracts quite overwhelming. To be honest, I usually go into these shops expecting confusion, jargon, and feeling like I’m holding everyone up. This time, however, it was completely different.
Arjun greeted me in a calm and respectful manner, without any of the rushed or impatient attitude I’ve unfortunately experienced elsewhere. He took the time to actually listen to what I needed, rather than immediately trying to sell me the most expensive option or bombard me with technical terms.
I explained that my main concerns were:
* Making simple calls and texts
* Having enough data for WhatsApp and maps
* Not being tied into anything confusing
He didn’t dismiss any of that as “basic” or unimportant. Instead, he explained everything slowly and clearly, and more importantly, he checked that I had understood before moving on. That alone made a huge difference.
What stood out most was his patience. I asked the same question more than once about billing and data usage, and he answered each time as if it was the first time I’d asked. No sighing, no rushing me along.
He also physically showed me how to use certain features on the phone, rather than just telling me. For someone like me, that hands-on help is essential. I left the shop actually feeling confident, which is something I don’t say lightly when it comes to technology.
I didn’t feel pressured into extras I didn’t need, and the contract was explained in plain language I could understand. That alone is worth mentioning, as I usually leave these situations more confused than when I arrived.
Overall, my experience at the Aylesbury Vodafone store was made genuinely positive because of Arjun’s professionalism, patience, and respect. It’s rare these days to feel properly looked after as an older customer who isn’t tech-savvy.
I would happily recommend asking for his help if you’re ever in that store and feeling a bit lost with modern phones.
