Vidaphones new policy is to keep people waiting, p…stupid idea
Vidaphones new policy is to keep customers waiting outside the shop with the door locked, till a staff member is available! They are going to loose many customers, and whats going to happen when we have bad weather? A very stupid idea, and the few staff face verbal abuse, for keeping people waiting, and in all weathers? Solution hire more staff thru out all vodaphone shops,

A company that still believes in customer service…
After speaking on line and finding i needed to exchange my phone due to a fault, I went into aylesbury store, and found both the manager and the assistant really helpful, I'm useless with tech so hadn't backed up my faulty phone, but that was all sorted for me, I'm so grateful I hate setting up new phones.
I've been with Vodafone for years and the family all have phones on my account, I might be able to find a cheaper deal, but why fix what isn't broken, I still believe in sticking to a company that has great customer service, especially on expensive items.
So yes, I'd recommend, 100%
