My phone was totally frozen since Sunday until I walked into Vodafone Banbury where Ewan who was friendly and professional completely sorted it out ! Highly recommend!

The young man was helpful and patient
The young man was helpful and patient. It took over 2 hours. In that time I had to pay nearly £1000.00 to close the service contracts but my phone was totally broken. This cannot be right.

Great customer service
I went in today to get a SIM only contract. The guy I saw (I don't remember his name sorry) was amazing. He understood what I needed and got me a great deal.
He was friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful. 10/10 for customer service. Absolute star.
